Great target
Great archery target, I think the manufacturer could figure out a better way to mount the antlers, they fall out rather easy and once they're removed once it's keeps getting looser. Other than that I've got no complaints!

Good quality
The target is smaller than I thought it would be. Easy to set up. Maybe its me but very hard to remove the bolts. They pop out the other side with field tips. I am shooting a killer Instinct Fatal X with 390 grain bolts from 30 yards. I have watched vids on lubricating the bolts with Vaseline. The bolts I shoot is what I hunt with so dont really want to do that.

Hard to remove bolts
I started with my compound bow. It was very difficult to remove the arrows. When I used my crossbow I had to remove the core to get the dolt out. I called Field Logic and was told to use arrow lubricant and the core would loosen up with use. Time will tell. The overall target and especially the core are much smaller than my nine year old Rhinehart target that is no longer available. The current Rhinehart target is twice the cost of the Field Logic Big Shooter so you get what you paid for. To me the Big Shooter is worth the price even with the removal issue.

Recovery o crossbow bolts very difficult
First off the light weight post in the kit distort when hammered into the ground makes it difficult to set up the target. Second the same post are a little short and the target is not stable it rocks back and forth especially with the higher velocity crossbow, bolts and heaver heads. Then comes retrieval of the bolt. Now I'll have to admit I haven't used broad heads of any type on the target but the field heads penetrate about a third of the way into the removable section(target) and are nearly impossible to retrieve. I've had to wrap the bolt with cable and it took two people to pull the bolt out.

Had fun with my son . Using our crossbows . The bolts are in . Can not remove. I was reading the reviews . Everyone is having the same issue . One of my son's bolt broke off in the core. 2 more stuck in . Can not pull them out . Even use lubricant . Did not work. Not fun . Getting a different brand .

Bought this for my cross bow. Works great however you have to be really far back since the cross bow is so powerful.

Ok for the price
The deer notches were legs attached broke off and arrows were very hard to pull of -compound bow 70# 29 inch arrows but for the price u do get a decent target will not purchase again mine is not usable after one fall of practice

GREASE YOUR BOLTS
number one , I cannot get the center "target" area in completely.. I even laid on ground and tried to step on it. i said no big deal.. so then at 25 yards I took a shot with my Horton crossbow.. 335 FPS. 100 grain field point, carbon shaft. Brand new ... I broke it trying to get it out.. took the center (target area) back out and into the garage ,and with help tried to slowly twist and pull.. NOPE 1 brand new bolt.broken a 14 dollar loss. I also let my grandson shoot at it.. with his compund...and that puts holes in the body like nobodies business.. So now when it rains , you get stagnent water , which you know how thats works out. however I did find. IF YOU PUT A LAYER OF GREASE on the leading six to seven inches of your bolt, it wil struggle but come out. problem is , all the grease has to effect flight and accuracy.
