they work reliably
I’ve felt these were overpriced before I settled on the zero water pitcher. So it’s been a little aggravating to see so little discount on the multipacks. Anyway, I got this for one purpose, low tds water for our expensive automatic espresso machine. City water runs on the hard side. The fridge filter does fine for ice making and drinking water but leaves over 100 ppm tds. The fridge filter is more for chemical removal than minerals, some minerals actually create a better tasting water, too many minerals are detrimental and can build up scale inside copper piping or similar metals like brass or bronze fitting or valves. For the coffee maker, low minerals means less apt to clog the boiler or small tubing and longer periods between descaling. The zero water does bring the water down to zero, no argument. In our case being only for the coffee maker, absolute zero is generally overkill and can actually leach out some metal from the contact parts, but we go through enough water that 0 does not last more than a few wks to maybe 6 wks give or take. However, the increase from single digits seems to slow down and it will last for several months before it hits around 70 or so when it then seems to accelerate so I normally change it around the 70 ppm level. Also, it seems over this level can result in leaching from the filter back into the water which results in bad tasting water. So for our use a 4 pack will last for a year or so. Considering 3rd party filters, our usage rate is not enough to justify risking performance for a few $ savings. If the cost was a significant difference or our usage rate was much faster, I’d try some. For now I’ll stick with zerowater. My only complaint is some of the zero water pitchers were received in the mail were not built or handled well, 2 with the spigot leaked in the fridge causing a mess, a replacement without the spigot arrived with a hairline crack along the bottom that also leaked in the fridge. Finally the 3rd replacement is a smaller pitcher but has no leaks, however where the filter threads onto the holder, the threads are barely formed deep enough to allow the filter tighten up. It’s pretty disappointing to be on our 4th pitcher just to get one halfway decent.

Work great, but filters are lasting much less time than they used too.
I have no complaints but how well the filters work, but they used to last me a full month before needing to be changed. Now they barely make it to three weeks. I have not changed my drinking habits. I still make the same amount of filtered water daily. This is what you call stealth inflation. They appear to have reduced the amount of D.I. resin in each cartridge to save money. At the same time the prices have only risen. I would much prefer they just raised the price and kept the same great quality as before. May have to make a change as this cost is really adding up.

Works well!
Where I live has PFOS in the water. Poland Spring is very expensive. I don't want to install an under the sink system. Two friends recommended Zero Water. I can't be happier with the water! I notice the flow issue and did see many complains. If you understand the water pressure and flow, you would know the water flow is normal.

These Filters Vapor Lock Frequently
We have been using the ZeroWater system for a few years now and are pleased with the results. Our water in this area is on the hard side and is heavily chlorinated. These filters remove the chlorine smell and the water tastes fine. Filters in our area last about 3 weeks. My only gripe is the filters will vapor lock frequently, usually right after I fill the upper reservoir to filter water. Then, I have a reservoir full of tap water that I have to lift out of the dispenser so I can squeeze and "burp" the filter to get it filtering again. Makes a mess. So, I now just pull the empty upper reservoir out while it's empty and tap on the sides and gently give it a squeeze as a preventative measure and then replace the reservoir and then fill it. Seems to me that for the money they're charging for these filters they could correct the vapor lock issue. Otherwise, we love this system. Does a good job other than the issue I mentioned.

It's the real deal. As advertised.
I've had this product for over a month, it lasted this long, so far. I test the water everyday, up till now my average water from the tap is showing about 156 ppm, after filtering still zero going on 5 weeks. It's amazing. My issue is be aware of large packs selling 9 it's probably fakes from China that will last about 1 week. So only buy from Zerowater Also i have the large container and it's working fine. Thanks for clearing this up ZeroWater i will by again.

Zero water filters and pitchers are the BEST in the Market!!
We live in some crazy times, where having clean drinking water is a priority. After doing deep dives on filters and filtering systems and evaluating the efficiency and cost... ZERO WATER won hands down!! These filters removed everything I was concerned about including Fluoride. Zero Water Filters are NSF Certified to Reduce Lead, Chromium, and PFOA/PFOS. The TDS meter is nice but Im not sure it really does anything more than letting you know when your filtered water is too acidic.

Worked fine this time
I've been using these for a while and it's always a hit or miss. Sometimes you get a batch that takes forever to filter then stop completely even if the TDS is still 0. This batch was good and I'm glad.

These filters work well
If anyone is looking for a water filter that really works the Zero 5 Stage Replacement Filter is the best ! The water comes out crystal clear, taste is great . The filters last me a little over a month, however I drink a lot of water. At least 4 bottles of water a day. I recommend buying the 4 pack container. They only work with the Zero Water Pitcher as far as I know.

Wish they made a longer lasting filter
I love the product as it filters out everything, including fluoride which I needed. But it is so expensive and filters don't last long.
