Wow. So much longer in person....That's what she said.
Seriously great length. Super rigid & holds up impressively to a rough ride.

Screws Stripped
The bracket itself is awesome. Love being able to tow with the bike. However, the screws stripped on the seat post second time I used it. I ended up just using a caraginer which does fine, except on hills, the cart wants to move foward and backwards. I have just ordered this, hoping it works: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083YMMR9R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I was concerned about the reviews I read on this ...
I was concerned about the reviews I read on this hitch. Several reviews stated that the hitch would come loose and twist while riding down the road. I must say that these people don't know how to tighten a screw or their trying to haul a 1000 lbs or more. I got this hitch, installed it and have over 100 miles or so, and it hasn't come loose or twisted what so ever....

Awful engineering
The concept is great, the execution is poor. Great way to get your stuff to the beach or game while on your bike. The cart (not what is being reviewed) is great, but the attachment is horrible. The attachment comes with an L shaped bar and a seat post clamp. There are two issues with it - the seat post clamp and the cheap pins used to connect everything. The main issue lies in the seat post clamp, it is hexagonal in shape. Think about this, when was the last bike you were on that had a hexagonal seat post? That's right, never. The clamp is too big so it moves all over the place and since it's not cylindrical, you can't tighten it enough to the post. You need to try and place something above and below it to keep it from moving up and down. It is constantly shifting left and right causing the attachment to not face straight back, but be on the left or right side depending on the bumps you hit in the road. From there, the system using cheap locking pins that do not seem to stay in place with the movement. When these pop while riding, the whole trailer pops off. Very frustrating. Again, L bar is necessary, just the seat post clamp and pins are worthless. I bought a separate hitch that is used for a burley trailer that fits the seat post and now use small carabiners to keep it together. Though not ideal, it works better with a lot less hassle and I don't have to stop to fix the trailer.
