Almost perfect

Everything is great except the tiny screws used for mounting. There is a tint Allen wrench included that is very difficult to use to try to turn the tightening screws. We finally ditched the screws which came with it nd went to the hardware store and bought some that had a head on them that aloud us to use our electric drill. Not perfect but sure was a lot easier

An attractive addition to the bathroom.

A nice product at an affordable price. Some basic installation skills required, but I'm sure it will make a valuable addition to the bathroom decore when it's up. Showroom packaging arrived a bit crumpled at one end, but the item was well packed externally, and the contents were in perfect condition.

Looks nice

I bought this for our camper bathroom where there isn't much space for 1 bath towel, let alone 2!! It was a few inches too wide to fit on the back of the door but it was easy to cut using a pipecutter (I'm sure a hacksaw would also have worked). Easy to install and looks great.

Much nicer than "basic" at a "basic" price.

I've bought this line of bathroom accessories in the past, and they continue to deliver good quality at a very reasonable price. The pieces seem durable, and the finish is pretty much flawless - no variations in the chrome, sharp or ragged edges, or sloppy casting. The look is simple but by no means bare-bones, somewhere between "contemporary" and "classic". Installation is straight-forward, with a helpful template provided; the final part - tightening the allen set screw - is a bit annoying, but that's the case on all fixtures of this type, and affords it with a no-visible-fasteners appearance, and you only have to do it once.

Nice solid piece

Nice solid piece. However, the template to measure the mounting brackwts is a bit off by 1/8" causing the bars to freely rotate and drop towels. Don't use the template. Rather, install the bars on the mounting brackets first and measure the actual length needed for the brackets (could be anywhere between 23-3/4" to 23-7/8".

Well made, nice style. The mounting hardware doesnt seem to be the best quality though but the rack itself is very well made and sturdy once mounted right.

Excellent quality and look

Very happy with this. For the price it can't be beat. It sticks out from the wall about an inch more than our previous double towel rack, but the additional space allows towels to dry better, so I'm ok with it.
