I was very pleased with the entire process of buying this part. The order had a very good picture of the part allowing me to match it to the old part. It also had a list of the dishwashers that were compatible. I was impressed that the part came with an electrical kit in order to connect the new part to the old washer. I actually didn't need the kit because the part was a perfect match. I plugged it right in and when everything was put back together it worked like new. It seems that my dishwasher actually has more power with the new motor so my wife and I are ecstatic. It feels like we have a brand new dishwasher! Our dishes are coming out spotless and very clean. This part was cheaper than the local appliance stores in town so this part saved us money, arrived very quickly, and worked flawlessly. I'm am very happy that I bought this part from this supplier.

Part fit perfectly

The part fit perfectly but I did not give five stars because the wiring clip that plug into the part was different than the one I had. Had to do some cutting of wires to put the new plug on. Description did not say that or show the wiring plug.

Works perfectly

Being that I wasn't about to pay as much to repair my dishwasher as it would cost to buy a new one, I decided to repair it myself. It wasn't working so it wasn't like I could break it any worse. Troubleshooting steps demonstrated that the problem was the pump motor. I pulled the dishwasher out, rolled it over on it's back (it wasn't hard at all because the builder of this house installed a "cheap" appliance, and this one is made of all plastic, making it VERY light). Youtube is FULL of DIY videos, and having located the one I needed, it only took me an hour to pull off the old, broken pump motor and replace it. After putting the appliance back and reconnected all water lines and electric cables, I ran a test cycle, inspecting very closely for leaks. Not finding ANY leaks, I declared the repair a success. The dishwasher works just as good now as it ever did before.

Fit perfectly, and easier to replace than it looks

My dishwasher developed a squealing noise sometimes during the wash cycle. I was a little nervous about getting the right one and I don't like cutting original wiring to splice this one it, but that's the only way even OEM replacement parts like this is come today. It turned out I didn't need to cut any wires. The original fits the slot a little tight, but it works fine and the dishwasher sounds like new again. I followed the instructions I found online and it worked fine. It sounds harder to replace than it is. Just take your time and take a few pictures with your cell phone when you take it apart to save some time figuring out how to put the pieces back.

Not as good as an original and miss some items in the box, but does the job.

It does the job but not as powerful as the original, and sometime it doesn't wash at all, need to do a second washing cycle... Also one gasket is missing in the package and the connector wasn't there too. Still less expansive than buying a new dishwasher.
