Solid for sure

This fish stick is thicker than the ones I have used in the past, which is fine, it allowed me to add one more section. If you are expecting to have a bright glow, not so much. If you are working above ceiling tiles, normally you are using a bright light, so the glow is not that important.

Work well, but be careful

I bought the glow rods to fish some speaker wire through the walls in a home theater installation. They worked good, easy to see(I left them in direct sun for about 3 hours before use), were just flexible enough to get them in the wall from the attic(with 2-3 feet of space), and the hook end made my day much easier(I did bend the hook in more, so that it did not catch on insulation etc.). The only complaint I would have about them is I bent one and it started to split slightly, along the length of the rod. I don't know if it was too far but I bent all of the rods to fit in the same space, but only the one split, and I got some nasty fiberglass splinters from it. I quickly learned not to slide my hand when feeding or retrieving the glow rods. Other than that they got the job done.

Best money spent on set if rods

Love my new sticks and attachments. Made for a super easy installing and wire pulling. Attachments (hook) made very easy to grab cables in tight areas I couldn’t reach or crawl too. Flexible enough to fish down interior walls. Only thing I’m not impressed with is the glow. Left out in the FL sun for 1+ hours during my drilling of 6 holes. Once the rods went into the attic. Was a little hard to find because the lack of glow after soaking up for over an hour. Luckily I have a beast headset with 10000 lumens.

FISH STICKS

They match the 5' fiberglas sticks that I already have. So I can screw these new ones together with my old ones to make a 30' stick!!

All right for the price.

They are great for easy jobs when moving wire. The end connector where the two sticks joint together came off the third time of use. The are king if stiff. A little bit of bent in them and one of them broke. They are hollow in the middle. So I only recommend if you are only using these for straight run and for s fellow little bands.

Ends pulled of rods during light use

Worked great untill a slight hang up caused ends to pull off. Not worth the cost

Good quality and length

Much cheaper than the Klein and appear to be identical. I've used these for 6 months now and these have performed as well as the Klein. I also have a set of cheap ones - they yellow ones, and these are far superior and easily reparable on site of an end breaks off - as will happen when your pulling a mile of cable.

I use a bunch of push rods over the years. These are a good value, not for everyday or every job but for simple projects worked great

Great Product..

Of the two sets of sticks that I have, these ones have a slightly more ridgid feel to them.. They are better for moving through open areas, such as dropped ceilings.. Not so good for tight bends, but great quality none the less..

Good but not great

They glow nicely but while fishing wire for my project, two of the ends separated from the rods. Lost one of the ends in the wall. Not the best rods. Not as flexible for tight areas as your want but did the trick.

Not as described

I’m not pumped that the description says three 5’ lengths, but it came in only 3’ lengths and they feel super weak and not very flexible at all I’m worried they will break.
