THEY GAVE ME A DEFECTIVE UNIT!!!
-first of all, they didn't even cancel my order when i requested as i have already ordered from their website. -i just accepted it since i might have a use for them someday -but then they sent me a defective unit! i have just had it installed recently and the technician said it's a lemon!! -now i dont know if all the rest are also defective -it is already past the return policy and they never even replied to my message that they sent me is a defective one -very bad and disappointing experience!!!
