Looks nice but very irritating to install

I installed 2 mirrors and they were not fun. I would recommend buying ones that screw in straight through the mirror mount instead of using the stupid little wall plates. I scraped off a bunch of paint on my wall because the mirror mount wouldn't sit on the wall plate properly and kept coming off and scraping down the wall. After finally getting it in, the next issue is the allen wrench part. I hope you don't have shoulder problems because they can be a pain in the rear to tighten up.

SADISTIC installation process.

It's a beautiful mirror... But the installation process was SADISTIC. The instructions printed on the back of the box are vague, the illustrations completely useless, and with no template to draw on the wall... One of the most difficult installations in my apartment. Especially tricky if you're trying to mount into a tiled wall. It took 3 people to install - one of which is a contractor, and we almost dropped it a few times. I've only had it up a week and it feels very sturdy but if you're having insane difficulty aligning the bracket distance completely i would suggest you leave the bottom screw out on each side. It gives the brackets enough rotation to align as you try to mount the mirror to the brackets. So in conclusion: not for the faint of heart. And be very careful to make sure you've actually mounted the mirror properly. It often appears locked in when it is not and I'd read a few reviewers stories of how their mirrors had fallen off the wall and shattered.

I bought 3!

I purchased 3 mirrors- one for powder room and two for over sinks in master bath. My contractor installed and didn't complain so I really can't say if a DIY can install easily. I liked the clean, simple look and fact that it tilted to accommodate varying heights of family. I researched many sites and vendors looking for mirrors to get best value.

Advise revisiting current protocol on encouraging exchanges instead of full item returns

Although the finished product looks awesome. Less so we’re the instructions, plus there were mismatched finish (order was matte black, however the wall brackets that arrived were chrome). I called Amazon to see if the seller would just exchange the wall brackets for ones in matte black and I was told I would have to ship the entire mirror back. The carbon footprint to send an entire vanity mirror (that was in the correct color) just to get the right finish wasn’t something I was comfortable with. So instead the CS rep refunded me $12, which I used to buy matte black spray paint and D-I-M. They’re not perfect but worth minimizing the environment tax of this one vanity mirror.

Not a One Person Install

This mirror has beautiful lines and a great design. I only gave it 4 stars because installation is a 2 person job, and I didn't have anyone around to help me install it, so I had to hire a contractor I know so he and I could install it together.

We love the clean looks it give to our kids bathroom

This mirror looks fabulous!! We love the clean looks it give to our kids bathroom. It is mounted over glass tiles so you can really see the tiles around and behind the mirror. It is much more interesting than mounting a framed mirror on the wall. Our kids can tilt it down to see themselves while it is mounted at the perfect height for adults. Five starts on looks - we love it!! Installation seems like it should be easy but it was more challenging to level and set than expected.

Beautiful mirror, I love it so much.

I love this mirror, so pretty. However it is sitting on my bathroom countertop. I good with projects, even some more difficult ones. This mirror has been impossible for me to mount. I'm doing it alone, I'm five feet tall. So I eventually gave up on trying to install it. Can't get it to hold and I can't hold it up. So I purchased some mirror mounts, ta, da! Easy fix but that was my Splurge item for my bathroom update. :( Now it just an ordinary mirror.

LOVE LOVE!

Exactly as shown and looks great in my farmhouse bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is to not use the wall plugs provided with the mirror. They did not stay in the wall and we ended up having to buy a sturdier plug.

Beautiful mirror. It came with the wrong hardware though, so I am still waiting for the company to send the correct holders months later
