The product is stylish but doesn't work - amended 11Feb21
If you're looking for an expensive stylish soap dispenser that looks good but doesn't dispense soap, this is the one to buy. It will dispense a very small droplet of soap on the first pump but the plunger takes forever to return, so it's useless. The other reviews here are accurate. The product simply doesn't work. We bought 2 of them and they're both the same; they don't work. We waited too long to complain about it while we tried thinner liquid soaps thinking that might help. Nope; still didn't work. The manufacture's response is that they'll send us a new pump plunger for $15 + shipping. I think not. It'll be more of the same. Interesting that we bought ours 3 years ago and the recent reviews are only a few months old. So they've been selling a product for 3 years and after all this time, they don't bother to fix it. They have to know it doesn't work, right. Who sells a product without trying it out? This manufacturer is ripping of their customers. The problem is, they're selling other matching bathroom accessories, and of course, they're all as expensive as these garbage soap dispensers, so if you've invested in all that stuff, what do you do, throw it all away and start over? I'd like to see manufacturers like this one go out of business. Here’s an update; two weeks after the initial review. The manufacturer sent two replacement pump units to replace the defective ones - free of charge in exchange for amending this review. The new replacements do in fact work; not as well as the throw-away soap dispensers, but at least we no longer have to keep one of the throw-away units sitting along side these stylish ones. As for those who have complained about this situation, try again.

Expensive junk
Even though I bought this several months ago, because I was adding a bathroom to my house, I just filled it today and tried to use it. Pumped and pumped…nothing came out. Can’t believe I paid this much for this. I was okay with the body made of resin, but for this price the top should have been real chrome, not plastic. Because the return period has expired, I’m now left with this worthless piece of junk.
