Most comfortable boots I’ve had, but couple things could be improved.
Boots are the most comfortable boots I’ve worn in the past several years. No break-in period required, comfortable right out of the box, and they are light weight. They are holding up well enough being on construction sites. The only thing about them that I’d point out is that they don’t seem to be as durable as some of my previous work boots (Irish setters, Ariats) based on some of the other comments . Also some lack of attention to detail such as some of the coloring on the sides of the soles is just messy (attached a photo of this from when I got them) but I didn’t care all that much because I didn’t get them to look good, just to function well. I decided to sacrifice a bit of the durability/details for the comfort. Size wise they seem to be pretty true to sizing.

lasted me a year longer that any other I've tried
safety toe has extra room and the boots last a long time. (Used for HVAC and general maintenance)

Fit and finish, is impeccable.
Well I've been wearing these boots for a month, and I'm more than happy. But let me explain why I bought these boots. First off I'm Canadian, and would have purchased a boot that was Canadian made, but couldn't find a work boot that I was comfortable in. So the next best thing thing was to buy American. Or so I thought, Georgia Giant is an American Company, but the boots I bought were not made in America. I thought that they were being made in their Puerto Rico Factory, but the boots I got were made in Vietnam. So that was a bit of a let down for me because I believe I paid a premium price for the boots thinking that they were made in America. Does that take away from the boots over all design, craftsmanship, or quality? A part of me thinks maybe, but if the factory in Vietnam is run with exacting standards then it's a slight I'm letting slide. I've worn these boots for a month, and have put them through their paces. They weigh a total of 4lbs, that's 2 lbs per foot. And when you are on your feet working in the trades, nothing lets you down more than a bad pair of ill fitting boots, that are heavy. These boots are none of those things. They are well made, well crafted, and impeccably comfortable. The true test of value I think for me anyway, is if they last me more than 3 years, if they do, then I got my monies-worth. I would recommend these boots to anyone who demands a better boot, and wants something above the average crap that never lasts more than a year. These are a great pair of boots, complete with composite toe (not steel) they are waterproof and are equipped with a slip resistant sole. A great buy. Well its now 4 years later (April 12, 2021) and the boots have held up so well I'm very surprised in a way, I didn't expect them to. I did have to replace the laces, but that's nothing. I'm a finish carpenter so I'm not prone to work them hard as say a worker in demolition or a brick layer, so what's that mean - well it all depends on your foot movement. If you're inclined to be constantly on your knees as you are working, there's a good chance you'll be putting extra stress on the toe of the boot. The boots have served me well, do I need to get a second pair - probably not judging by the photos. But I just ordered my second pair, same boot, but in black and these will be for my Sunday attire.
