Beautiful but disappointing

When this arrived, it was well packaged and beautiful. I installed it after about two weeks as the weather warmed up. I went outside today to fill it and it’s falling apart and cracking. I’m so disappointed. For the cost, this shouldn’t happen. It’s been up for about 2 1/2 weeks.

Roof delivered bent twice

beautiful bird feeder but unfortunately one of the corners/edges of the copper roof was delivered to me bent. thinking this may have just been a one time occurrence, I returned it and ordered another one and the roof bent again just to a lesser extent. I ended up keeping the second one as it was an improvement on the first and I can position it so I do not need to look at it.

Charming Garden Focal Point

This is the mother of all bird feeders for our cheerful back yard. I wanted a more interesting, artistic feeding station that blends well with our SoCal garden and a nearby cedar fence (not in this photo range). We placed it on top of a pressure treated, 4"x4" wooden post (about 6 feet long), for visibility from our kitchen window and for the neighbors below our hill, to enjoy. For tightness, a few shims were added to the inside opening that sits on the post. I look forward to many years of bird watching pleasure after I treated the wood with an oil based, weather sealant. It is easy to assemble, fill and maintain if posted about 5 feet off the ground.

So glad I bought this

I loved the look of this feeder and almost didn’t buy because of the bad review. I am so glad I bought it anyway. The roof design is unique and beautiful. Love that it’s copper so it won’t rust. Really like the natural wood base. Not soft at all. The birds are as happy with it as I am. Would recommend.

Beautiful thing. Better quality than I expected

It arrived safely packaged. Came out and assembled easily. Very handsome thing. I am pleased. Will order more for my property. A little expensive, but probably worth it. We’ll see how it withstands Texas heat and humidity.
