I love the faucet but 1st one failed and started leaking after 90 days. Bought this one and manufacture is suppose to reimburse me but have not to date. This is not a seller issue but manufacture.

Plumber told me it was his "favorite faucet he's installed all year"

I love this thing. I know it's just a fancy tube through which water passes, but the quality of the design and the materials is apparent from the moment you set your eyes upon it. The faucet's shape is elegant, and the rubber middle section is actually a lot more tasteful in person than in the product photos. Yet, it doesn't look out of place in my decidedly middle class Brooklyn apartment. When turned to the spray setting, the water pressure I get out of this faucet is remarkably better than my prior one. The normal mode of operation flows significantly less than the spray mode, but this is ideal since it minimizes splashing that I used to get from the last faucet. Even so, I'd be weary of attaching this to a sink less than 6 inches deep. The rubber middle section is easy enough to maneuver, enabling one to dislodge the hose from its resting place so that you can target the spray with greater precision. That said, it is definitely a lot more sturdy and stubborn than my last faucet. To me, this is a major plus - with the movement more restricted, it is easier to hold the hose in place, and it's also a *lot* harder to accidentally spray guests, my cat, my pants, and my kitchen countertops. My plumber remarked that I'd gone with "a beauty" of a faucet and that it was a pleasure to install. Before he left, he said he was going to recommend this unit to other clients. He echoed the common sentiment that Grohe makes high quality products, and they clearly did just that when they designed this faucet.

Great faucet, assembled incorrectly

This faucet looks and works great BUT the cartridge had a slight leak when I first started using it. I took it apart and reassembled it and it was fine after that. I think the cartridge was overtightened. Overall it's a great product but a $700 kitchen faucet should be correctly assembled at the factory.

I *heart emoji* Grohe!

My biggest splurge in my small condo in Seattle was a Grohe kitchen faucet. I LOVED it. When I purchased my new home I knew that eventually I would replace the existing kitchen faucet with another Grohe. I finally did it, and I wonder why I waited so long. It is tall but due to its sleek styling it just disappears. It functions seamlessly. The faucet is so stable and yet, move the holder bar and you have full use of the the sprayer. It is NOT wrapped in industrial looking spring spout which makes it so much easier to clean. Most kitchens have a lot of visual texture already... the lack of it on this faucet makes for a minimal look that does not detract from other things that may want to shine. On the other hand, different colors are available to appease any need. I do not work for Grohe, but I should. I believe in their products and have yet to be disappointed.

Not durable for the price. Unresponsive customer service.

The media could not be loaded. This kitchen faucet is beautiful and, at $600 to $800, very expensive. However, just after 3 years from purchase, the sprayer selector does not work anymore and make a horrendous noise. Considering that you can buy different calor hoses, I thought I could by the sprayer head as well. NOPS! Contacted Customer Support and sent the attached video. No response! The option seems to be through away $600+ and get a “not Grohe ever more” replacement.

Technical support

This faucet was installed in July 2019 and the aerator became clogged. I couldn't find instructions online as to how to safely clean it. My emails to Grohe for instructions went unanswered, so I wrote about the problem here. Grohe read my comment/complaint and responded here. I followed up and they sent me the part I needed. Hooray! Now I am forever a Grohe loyal customer. Not only do they make a good product, they followed up with help when things went awry.

Well Built

What a beauty! I am so glad that I bought this on Amazon. It is a little risky for not seeing the product. It turned out so nicely. I think its a great product and you can tell it's well built. Worth every penny.

Looks and works okay, but valve / assembly failed after a couple of months

So, I bought this in Jan 2020, but due to remodelling a bathroom first, didn't install in the kitchen until late september. It worked fine until a few days ago, when the valve started to leak at the handle (you could see water come out of the handle area itself), and shortly after that, turning the valve on at all also causes it to leak from within the faucet itself, leaking into the cabinet below (when I turn the valve on, I can see water pouring into the cabinet from the faucet assembly itself). Maybe I got a bad one, but I can't seem to make contact with Grohe using their website form, so maybe I can get their attention here.

Fantastic faucet! Elegant and functional design

This faucet is fantastic. Very powerful spray mode, very smooth regular mode. Very functional design. It has a nice feel when you turn it on. kinda hard to describe but it gives a bit of resistance making it feel high quality. The bendy arm is great for cleaning plates and then it snaps back in easy. We liked it so much we got another for downstairs. Had it two years and no issues!
