Fits well
I have a large head, 7 7/8. This is the only cap/liner that will stay down over my ears. None of the others I've tried will stay put. Expensive, but worth it.

A must for those really cold rides.
I have multiple Halo headbands. They all work great. This version is best for those really cold days when I need my ears covered. Highly recommended.

Great cold weather workout cap
I use this cap for running in biking in the Chicago winter. So far this season, it has been used in temperatures between 15 and 35 degrees F. It is comfortably snug, thin, breathable and very warm. It fits nicely under a bike helmet as well. It has completely fit the bill as workout head gear. It has a bit of a neoprene-like feel (this is not a criticism, it is a description). It covers my ears, which is crucial for the cold temps. Finally, it has a thin rubber strip on the interior forehead that is designed to block sweat from dripping into your eyes. I confess that while I sweat (profusely in the warm months), when it is 20 degrees outside I do not drip enough sweat to comment on the efficacy of this strip. As a side benefit, though, this strip is thankfully not noticeable (in terms of feel/comfort) but aids in keeping the cap stabilized on my noggin.

Toastie warm, when temperature is freezing!
I referee middle school & high school football in Montana. I needed something to keep my ears warm, but also still needed to my hat over. This skull cap did just what I needed! Ears are toastie warm when temperature is freezing!

Works great.
For being so thin, this cap is surprisingly warm. That coupled with the heat you naturally generate from cycling makes this cap suitable for some pretty low temperatures. I rode with it in 20 degree weather this winter and felt fine. Wear it when it's 40 degrees and you'll start to get sweaty. Good piece of gear. Other reviewers have commented that it's too tight. FWIW, I have a medium-large size noggin and it fits fine. A little tight, maybe, but I think that's how it's supposed to be. No complaints.

Good cold weather cap
Only used this once so far since it's been warm (and wet) so far this 'winter' in Seattle. When I did use it though I really liked the flaps coming down over my ears. Can't say my head feels too cold with the normal Halo skull cap, but I really like the ear flaps, it was just enough something extra to be that much more comfortable

Perfect for colder rides
I bought this for my bike commute as temperatures start to drop. Previously I'd used a wool cap under my helmet, but the helmet fit poorly and I always wound up sweaty. This is the perfect mix of breathable and warm (for me, in the 20F-30F range). After an hour commute, I was not sweaty, hot or cold, but simply comfortable. If I find it doesn't hold up as the temperature drops more, I'll update this review, but right now I suspect it will be good down to ~10F.

Fits like you want it too.
Great product. Actually covers my ears. You can flip up the ear things. Works well under a hard hat too. Like it better than the wind proof peal Izumi one I bought. That one didn't really cover the ear lobes. I like the seams and how this one is put together. Well done. I have a 7 3/8 head. Fits great. My opinion is that this will work for 7 1/8 through 7 1/2. Over or under you may have issues.
