Fun and Messy
My 4 year old was so excited to dive into this open ended play set. It comes with dough, random bobbles, some space figures, and some space themed sheets. He enjoyed laying the dough over the sheets and using the puffs, googly eyes and other random gems to recreate the sheets below. This kit is a little messy, when you use the extra bobbles/ gems they sometimes get sucked into the dough but I feel like that's part of the fun. This is a nice screen free alternative and my son plays with it for at least an hour at a time. The sliding lid on the storage box is a nice added benefit.

A Blast for Your Kid!!!
This is a great kit for arts and crafts. My kid has been playing with it non-stop for the last 3 days. The kit comes with 3 colors of play-doh, 3 figurines that are great for making tracks in the play-doh, cookie cutouts, stars, glitter accessories, beads, fun puff pieces, and a small rolling pins. I will give a few cons: the play-doh does have an off-smell, and the roller is a wood material that easily sticks to the play-doh. The roller would have probably worked better with a plastic roller but not a deal breaker. Just plan on rolling out slower and gentler...or flatten it out with your hands which is more likely what your kid will do. If your kid is sensitive to off smells, this kit will not work for you as the play-doh is pretty off-putting for sensitive people.

Interesting set, needs better modeling dough
Let's get this out of the way, the modeling compound (play dough) is not good at all. It smells like old olives, and is sticky. I would recommend swapping that out with something better. That being said, the set itself bring curiosity in the young ones. The exercises are supposed to be done with minimal supervision, and yes they work really well. There is enough variance and learning opportunity with the different accessories. Overall the main "play" setup works. And one more good point: the cleanup is easy. The box can fit everything without much fuss. However when stuck on modeling dough, some of the parts - especially the pom-poms - are no longer reusable.

Perfect for the creative kid!
To say my six year-old daughter is exhaustively resourceful when it comes to creative pursuits would be something of an understatement. This is the kid who rifles through old clothing, furniture, junk mail, and doors and drawers we haven’t opened in months to find the perfect piece or part to pilfer when making a new sculpture, toy (or modification thereof), or surprise gift. She’s been known to cut pieces off of a unicorn chair (fluffy, pink fur!), pull stuffing out of stuffers, parse up a good rug (nice patterns), or just search for the perfect river pebble to complete her masterpieces. All that is to say, we (parents) would much rather be supportive of her efforts than not. When we discovered this Montessori creative set, it was a heavenly match. We were able to perfectly time gifting it to her with the loss of her first baby tooth - she did a great job pulling herself. What’s great about the set: 1) A place for everything and everything in its place. The compartmentalized box makes it very neat and satisfying to organize the components of this set. It also provides a very affirmative point for having things put away. 2) Very few instructions. This is intentional. Instructions would just stand in the way of imagination. 3) Lots of options. There are some great little bauble-like gems in this kit such as beads and sparkly puffballs. No glitter, thank God! The modeling clay is the perfect consistency. Not to sticky, not too pliable. 4) Great options for cooperation with others to compare, improve, and explore. 5) Near-infinite re-play capability. From construction to art to role-playing, the sky’s no limit for this set. Our daughter has even incorporated articles from outside the set to further expand her imaginary world. What I would improve: 1) Perhaps a large’ish fold-up play mat to fully cover the desk, table, or floor where the kit is being put to use? Fantastic find and very good value!

Just ok
This sensory kit is kinda a one and done. All you're getting is play dough and some beads/confetti. Once you mix the beads in with the play-doh, you're not spending the time to separate them. I could have created this a lot cheaper. My son played with it for about 5-10 minutes and moved on. He prefers water beads, sand, etc. Not worth the price imo.

Storage container
What I love about this set is the wooden storage box. It comes with a lot of different ways to play. We always make our own play dough and have extra on hand so I’m not overly concerned about the quality of the dough in this set. My 6 year old is very imaginative and can make anything out of very little supplies so he enjoys having all of the loose parts included in this set

Love this! I’m so glad I got this kit. This quote literally kept my three year old busy for a couple hours and I was able to get some work done.
