Mostly great but c’mon man

Nice faucet, easy to install with one exception, smooth operation, nice looking. But as received the hot and cold feeds were labeled backwards, so had to do it twice. C’mon man, it’s not hard to get that right at the factory. Will update if any problems arise as it gets used.

Spray feature is manual

Only feature I miss with this faucet is the spray is manual. You have to hold the button to use the spray which is cumbersome when you are trying to rinse food.

A quality product, love it.

You have to pay a high price to get something this nice but I have had something similar before (Grohe) for 16 years and it was flawless. I moved and left it. It has a very easy-to-install mechanism. There is a threaded plate that you tighten the faucet to the deck with by tightening a couple of screws. No clumsy wrench operation needed. Easy. The magnetic holder for the sprayer is great. The faucet I replaced (Moen) always had the sprayer hanging down despite the weighted hose. Looks nice, works smoothy. From what I can determine the once great Grohe isn't great anymore. Not as good as the Hansgrohe, the original company.

Clean lines, great reputation. Hoping to have it a long long time.

My partner, an architect, suggested this faucet because in his experience they're just solid and last forever. He's had this line work fine in homes for 15+ years. If this one is that durable, it would definitely earn five stars. The only reason it didn't is because it does swing slightly to the right--won't stay put when I try and position it to the left--which some other people have mentioned, and because you have to hold down the spray button for it to engage, which I knew about from reviews but didn't expect would bug me--but it does. In fairness, I'd give this 4.5 stars if possible.

liked the old handle better

This is a fine pull-down faucet. I had this model in my old house, but the handle was different -- it was thicker, and I liked how it felt in my hand better. This newer model has a sort of thin stick for a handle, and it doesn't look or feel as nice. The pull down works fine, you have to hold the sprayer, which is a flaw. I wish you could just push a button and keep the sprayer on, but this is on my prep sink, so I don't use it that much. I have this same faucet on my main sink, and I could definitely use a button to keep the sprayer on. Good product overall.

Best Faucet I've every owned

Best Faucet I've every owned.On the pricey side but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. It's very heavy compared to others that feel like there made out of tin-foil. The spray head is great as it only sprays when you depress the bar on the back or the head when you let go it's back to stream. Other pull outs I've had always got stuck on the spray option and had to fiddle with it to come off the spray mode. The head fits great up into the base and never falls partway out as the magnet helps hold it into place. Very easy to install took me 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Love this faucet

This is 100% better than our previous faucet. Expensive but worth it. Good looking, solid and heavy. The hose is a handy feature for washing dishes or cleaning the sink and the magnet snaps the head back into place securely. No complaints, no quibbles. It's great.

Top notch kitchen faucet, lots of room, easy to install

Fairly easy to install (if one has all the proper tools). I store a lot of stuff under my sink, and sometimes, if I don't organize things right, the weight that pulls the faucet head back up into the storage position can get caught. It leaves a lot of space (for cleaning big pots and pans), the spray is nice, although not strong enough to remove caked on anything without scrubbing. It's easy to control temperature. I would happily buy another of these if I needed another kitchen sink.
