They last a long time and the dogs love them
I LOVE the three sided one and the individual ones. BOTH dogs love them. The older one chews it on and off every day or so for an hour or more each time. The toy/treat lasted about 2 weeks. It lasted the puppy almost MONTH. It's awesome. I have to double my monthly order. They love this toy/treat and it keeps both of them busy for an hour or more each day, which is SO helpful when you are trying to work! The only one that did not last was the one shaped like a steering wheel. That one lasted 5 minutes before 1/3 of the treat popped out. Another 5 minutes and another 1/3 popped out.

Dogs love it
My two dachshund mixes love these, but you have to be a bit careful. After a certain amount of chewing, generally a few weeks to a month for my pups, the toy will start to get sharp edges and you have to throw it out. Still, I haven’t found any similar chew toys that they like as well, so these stay on my Subscribe and Save list and I’m just vigilant about making sure they’re safe.

My dogs love these
I can’t understand why but my dogs LOVE these. I have a 2 15lb dogs and they will happily chew on these forever. They are able to destroy the hard plastic bone shape so I take them away before it’s a choking issue. I don’t see them eat the pieces they chew off but I also don’t have lots of small plastic pieces everywhere… I will say the plastic packing it comes in is impossible to remove and is super sharp when you cut with a scissor. Massive overkill.

These plastic with some dog edible item have a long shelf life. Buy them in the 3 pack.
As with any dog chew toy monitor your dog while chewing on it to get to the snack. I’ve bought these Hartz chews for all of my dogs and so far so good; no broken teeth, but there is always the possibility of a strong chewer will break teeth. Every one of my dogs loves them. They’re not messy and don’t have a strong smell. I do recommend these chew toys.

Unsafe and wasteful
My dog isn’t an avid chewer, so I figured this would be a good thing to get her. Within five minutes of her starting to chew, the plastic began breaking off in pieces! How unsafe is a dog chew toy, that it breaks when the dog chews on it like advertised? Avoid this product at all costs. Unsafe and a waste of money. It was tossed in the trash the next day. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT! VERY DANGEROUS!!
I'll start off by saying If they sold a product of just the middle of this chew toy, I would buy it. But If I could give this product a -10 I would. I bought the one for large dogs and my dog is only a medium. She loved the flavor but chewed through the plastic within minutes. And the plastic breaks off into chucks that your dog can swallow. If you love your dog DO NOT buy this product. Sorry Hartz for the bad review, but I do not want to see a dog going to the vet because of this

Save your money
By far the WORST chew toy my dogs have ever had! NOT DURABLE, and no value in a 2-3 hour chew. My dogs like their toys - and this was terrible! Be careful if you give this to your dogs! Both my dog were sick the day they got this ‘toy’. It is TOO SOFT - my little dog ( shih tzu) & midsize dog (border collie) had this chewed up and ingested the plastic - they were very sick - and I was not happy. I will not buy any more “chew toys” made by Hartz. The plastic is so soft my shih tzu could tear pieces off it. I’m sure the substance had a great taste, but swallowing all the pieces of plastic made both dogs physically sick. It was not days, but hours and the toy was gone but for about a 2 inch piece that I put in the garbage. Do not buy - cannot be healthy - it does NOT look like the package - it was bright ORANGE - I know this because vomit and poop was studded with plastic pieces. This is garbage.

The pups love them.
Both of my dogs, a 10 year old and a 2 month old love these equally. The inside bacon flavoured bit won't last that long until it's completely chewed out, and they destroy the plastic pretty quickly, but they are cattle dogs and they eat rocks. I keep seeing reviews about the plastic being chewable - I suppose if your dog isn't used to chewing plastic then this is a bad thing, but you know your dog, just bear those other reviews in mind. This is tough, but a chewing dog is going to break it into pieces and probably eat them. For the price of less than $3, I find these fine for letting them destroy them, eat the inside and then just throw the bits away! Hopefully, somebody finds this helpful.

Dogs love it! No durability though.
Clearly the dogs love the flavour, my shepherd mix had it down to nothing literally in a few hours. Kept her busy though! Bought another one for my 50 pound puppy, the second photo is all that’s left in literally one evening. Guess they didn’t read “edible center” and do not eat the plastic outer bone. Won’t buy again. Super sharp chewed up pieces of plastic stuck in my carpets!
