love color, length great spring jacket

this runs a little small if you like a sweater or sweatshirt under. I suggest sizing up 1 size. I weigh 154 5'5'' the medium is perfect.

Great jacket for rain

Wore this for a trip to Ireland and it really was the best buy ever. I also lucked out on a deal and got mine for $42. The sizing worked well for me. Wore it on cold, rainy days, it kept the wind out and kept me dry. I was also impressed that the hood stayed put even in extremely gusty wind conditions. Can't recommend this enough.

I want to marry this jacket

I'm not your typical plus-size shopper. I have a different size up top then the rest of me--so dresses and longer coats like this are MY NIGHTMARE. That is, until I met Helly Hansen. I'm in love. Even though the size is XXL, I still look proportioned an unlike a giant bagged-lady. Other brands just think bigger means wider everywhere and they represent the female form poorly. Not Helly--- these jacket are warm for your form, Ladies! Lightweight and effective, form-fit even for a plus sized curvacious gal. Marry me, Helly Hansen! Lets make beautiful curve hugging outerwear together forever!

I returned this nicely lined jacket

I returned this nicely lined jacket, very warm indeed, in a M, and proceded to order the same jacket in a S. Same picture and description, it also said "lined" in the text. To my surprise, I received, a shell of the preceding jacket. Same on the outside, but no warm lining. Strangely the warm version of this item cost 150 dollars after tax, and the unlined costs $173 after tax. Why did I make this mistake?

I purchased this for a trip to Ireland in November. I was a bit concerned that it would not be warm enough but it was perfect. I was able to layer for the colder areas and was perfectly warm and dry! This is definitely water PROOF vs water resistant which is exactly what I wanted. It is expensive but it is a quality product that does exactly what I needed it to do.

Great coat for the commute

Not only does this coat keep you dry but looks good too. I'm a 12-14 and bought large, fits like a glove. A bonus for me being tall is the long arms which is rare ....!

Beautiful jacket. Ordered the Soil Green, gorgeous colour and love the pink contrasting zip. I'm a size 14 and ordered the large, perfect fit with enough room for a fleece underneath for warmth. Can't wait to wear it
