One pair was wrong

One of the split spindle was the same part. It’s supposed to be one straight spindle and one that’s bent on the end. I got two that were bent on the ends. They won’t work

Works perfectly!

Our house was built in 1946 and the threads in the front door knob finally gave out. I had retapped the threads once but there just wasn't enough brass to tap them again. I had a hard time finding a one-sided spindle that would work but this and a new knob worked perfectly!

3 pack was a 2 pack with 2 straight spares.

Quick delivery. But the "3 pack" contained 2 sets, each with one curved end one straight end....that's good. But the 3rd set was just two straight pieces. So $7 a set just went up to $10.50 a set. :-(

Did the trick

I didn't know I needed this until I disassembled my door knob and discovered it was severely stripped. If you have an old door and the knob twists without opening, this is probably what you want. Try tightening the screw first though!

Worked well

Good product, easy to install, knob went on and has stayed on without issues and no problems so far.

I was getting so tired of the door knob pulling off every time we opened the door. I am so glad that this item is available on Amazon and with Prime, quick ship. The price was a bargain considering the alternative was to replace the ancient door knob assemble. First one worked as designed and now I have two more as spares.

The size and thread depth was inconsistent

The size and thread depth was inconsistent, one of them would not thread properly, it kept slipping and one would ride ride up until the knob fell off, it never got tight. The next one worked fine. Who knows about the third one. I looked for the one with the best cut thread after the first failed. So feel like the third one looked like it would have the same problem.
