To-the-floor bedspread for King bed

I am pretty impressed by the quality of this set for the price, and it's definitely full length to the floor on my bed (oversize king quilt on a king bed, the top of the mattress is about 27" from the floor). I have an adjustable split king bed, and standard comforters aren't wide enough to really cover the mattress and base on each side when it's flat, much less when parts of it are raised. And with two people in the bed, turning on your side with your back to the edge of the bed sometimes leaves your backside uncovered. This was one of the few options for something that would be wide enough to cover both mattress and people, and the only one that had colors I thought might work with the room. (I'm not a fan of the aqua walls, but don't want to repaint right now.) I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I do! The colors work in the room, and the quality seems good, so I'm very happy with it. As someone else mentioned in a review, the faint tan background lines go sideways on the bed, not lengthwise. The reverse side is nice enough to use as the main side if you want a more subtle pattern. The shams are king-size, and the reverse side of the shams are the same fabric as the reverse side of the quilt. The blue in the quilt definitely has some green to it. It's maybe still a little bluer than what I'd call aqua, but it's in that range. Sort of a light teal. It is very soft and lightweight, just as described. The throw pillows are decent enough. I won't use them on the bed anyway - I put them on the window seat. One pillow matches the back of the bedspread. The one with the rows of medallions is definitely a blueish green rather than a greenish blue - maybe sort of a seafoam green? But I think it coordinates well anyway.

Nice Summer spread

I ordered an oversized because I usually need one for my king bed. But this spread is huge. I have a lot tucked in at the footboard and you can see how much it hangs over the sides. Color is lighter than I had hoped but overall, I am pleased with material. Pillows could use a little more fill in them.

Won't disappoint. Suggest order a size larger.

Did not disappoint. I did buy a king for a queen size bed because I like it hanging over and glad I did. It does not touch the floor so I imagine a queen would of been just over the edge. It is very soft and looked like the picture. Arrived in nice packaging that I can reuse to store during the winter. This is a perfect weight for summer.

Beautiful, soft, lightweight- colors are awesome!

I love this comforter! The colors are perfect for my room, it is very soft, the reverse side is pretty as well. I washed it before putting it on the bed and it washed & dried (med heat) nicely. No pilling yet (hopefully there will be none!). The material feels like a smooth cotton & it’s a decent thickness. Not sure of warmth/coolness because I haven’t slept under it, but it is a beautiful pattern and perfect for my extra bedroom. I like it so much, I may use it in my own room or order another!

Great Buy!

The quilt is great quality and beautiful. It is so hard to find a blanket that hangs over all sides of a king bed but this one does and is perfect. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality, lightweight, and reasonably priced quilt.

Good bedspread for the money.

First it is not easy to find a quilt or bedspread this size. I wanted this size so I would not have to use a dust ruffle. Because of this my options were limited. However I am very pleased with this bedspread. It is a perfect summer weight. It advertised as grey but it is in the brown family (I had seen previous reviews stating that) which was the perfect color for my room. The only problem with it was that it smelled after removing it from the bag. Don’t think we could have stood it on the bed. I first tried putting it in the dryer with dryer sheets which helped a little but not enough. I then hung it over the outside deck for any afternoon which nearly did the trick. A few sprays of Febrize and it was perfect. It seems like a lot but I really liked it and I think it was worth it. The little pillows that came with it are are not the best quality but are adequate considering the price which I thought was good especially for a king size bed. If it wasn’t for the smell I would have given it five stars.

Colour is NOT true to picture

While the set is great for size, quality and accessories included, the colour was NOT as pictured. I had selected this quilt set specifically to match the paint colour in my bedroom. I had zoomed in on the online ad to ensure the colour was seafoam green / teal in colour with accents of beige / brown. The green was blue!. Baby blue! Not even close. While the accent pillows ARE the green I was going for....so together - pillow and quilt- it looks mismatched. The brown and beige colour were fine. I did not send them back because I needed something immediate and with everything on lockdown, it would have been some time with no bedding. I will be buying another set when I can though. Guess I will sell these used on our local marketplace.

I like the set.

Nice patterns but the colours are a bit washed out. Hence 4 stars.....Darker colours in the online images. And folks it has nothing to do with your monitor. They increase the contrast on the photos to show better online. It is still a nice bedspread and I would buy it again

This quilt set it beautiful. I switched out one of the pillows as to make the aqua colour pop a little more and I added a dust ruffle. I love it. I was able to use the small cushion elsewhere in the room to tie it all together. Good quality, beautiful colours and complete satisfaction - 5/5
