Work well but
I have another pair of the Howard Leight that don't have the Bluetooth function and I like those better. The noise cancelling on these is very sensitive. Still functional though.

Impressive. Directional mics, good bluetooth, low profile, possible old stock
Just on a test fit, but so far so good. Directional mics work eerily well in testing, bluetooth is clear and fit is comfortable and low profile. I tried a set of Walkers not realizing they were not directional mics despite having 4! The only downside to these is the multi-function button blinks whe bluetooth is connected. I'd rather it be on steady, or not lit up at all and the bluetooth control have the same mechanical click for power that the amplification volume has. Speaking of which, I like that the bluetooth volume is on one side and the voice is on the other, where some had them in the same spot as a small and large wheel. The listing stated USB C charging but it actually has USB-micro charging. I ordered a 2nd set to see if the charging port difference was a fluke and it wasn't. 2nd set had micro-usb a well. I was finally able to get an answer from Howard Leight shooting sports regarding the difference in the charging port. They were very hesitant to tell me, and directed me back to the vendor multiple times. Apparently the micro-usb version that I received is old stock. At least 2 years old stock. While I am disappointed, these are discounted significantly from what they are on HL's site directly, so am keeping them vs paying the premium to get the USB-C version. The only real downside is the potential for the battery to be aged, and because of the inaccurate description, I knocked off 1 star.

Over priced and over hyped. Not impressed.
I don't understand the hype. These are decent but there are so many better options. My overall preference from top to bottom is Sordin Supreme Pro X, My really old peltor set, walker razor slim, Howard Leight Impact Sport with Bluetooth. I was not impressed with the Howard Leight at all. I don't understand what the hype is. There was a delay in sound. They didn't muffle shots very well and voices would go up and down. If you're on a budget go with the Walker Razor Slim Ultra Low Profile. If you have the money, go with the Sordin.

Directional mics work well, but.......
I have noticed interference from my cell phone. I noticed crackling in the headphones the first time I wore them in the stand. I had my phone in a pocket inside my jacket. Couldn't figure out why the headphones would pop when turning my head. Thought I may have a chafed wire or something like that. The next day sitting in the stand, I happened to set my phone at my feet after checking sunrise time. I picked my phone up to check a message and the popping started. That's when I figured out my phone was causing interference. I wasn't connected via Bluetooth and the interference goes away when I place my phone in airplane mode. I haven't seen anyone else post about this. I guess I'll have to send these back which is unfortunate.

Works as it Should
These hearing protector headphones are awesome. They work really well and the fact that you can amplify sound while you have them on and have a conversation while still protecting your ears is so key. The Bluetooth side of it is really neat as well of course the sound quality doesn't compare to you're in ear headphones but it's decent to listen to music and still have ear protection if you'd like to do that. I would highly recommend....

Awesome performance, just wish they had bluetooth
These are comfortable, compact, lightweight, and they function really well. Really great for hunting as you can have your muffs on (ready to shoot) while still hearing your surroundings. In fact they can augment your surroundings by boosting the volume to your ears! Awesome! They are just a little outdated, not having bluetooth. If they had bluetooth then they would also be great for doing work around the house.

Not USB-C
I ordered these because I've been using the previous version of howard leight impact pro's for 8 years or so. My new phone didn't have a headphone jack so the natural progression was to buy the Bluetooth headphones. Somewhat disappointing that the listing says USB-C and the product has micro USB.

Does Not Hold A Charge
I use these earmuffs for Service Rifle and Service Pistol shooting. If I charge them the day before the match, the charge will be gone the next day. When they are charged the work good. Amazon did refund my money. Thank You Amazon.

Do comparative research
Earmuffs work great especially the Bluetooth which is a great feature but they aren't comfortable for more than 1 hour usage even with gel pads, my black round ones by Honeywell I think are much more comfortable but don't have Bluetooth, the actual audio on both are similar.

BT function stop working after 90 days. (1st and replacment unit)
The first unit I got also has this issue. The replacement unit lasts long enough for me to not be able to return or get support from the seller. The active noise cancellation still works. But if you just want that, get the cheaper version.

Good not amazing.
Okay it has a nice gimmick of super human hearing the standard ear cushion things it come with have to be replaced from day one there crap. They really struggle on range next to a large calibre with a muzzle break you will definitely need double ear protection but all of this can be fixed rather cheaply so I still think there 5 star.

Abruptly quit working. No pause button.
The headphones are easy to connect and comfy, But they could use a pause button, AND They abruptly died at only two months old. I'm trying to warranty them through the manufacturer. Fingers crossed.
