Fantastic fan, pray you get all parts needed.

First off the fan is great! Easy to assemble and hang. However the part where the lights module connect via screws didn't have the 3 screws needed! I had to find some in my junk drawer that fit and worked. Once all connected and hung, powered up and runs quite!!! Airflow is great and uses very little electric! Perfect!

Assembly is a bit slow

I wish they used some of the assembly tricks of the harbor breeze fans. They go together much faster. But hey, it works. Came a little unbalanced but not enough to make noise. Yet.

Easy to install even with no experience

This was a super easy install, and I’ve never installed any lighting or fans before. I saw other reviews saying it was easy and I figured I could watch a video if I got stuck, but I didn’t need to. Instructions and packaging were both clear and simple to follow. I installed three of these in my home after having the ceiling wired for fans/overhead lighting. They are beautiful, nice bright lighting and quiet. Nice modern hues on the blades and the motor. I have standard height ceilings so the flush mount is a must for me.

Good value Good price

So far we are very pleased with this fan. The quality is good and the installation was very similar to other ceiling fans I have installed (it took less then 2 hours). There were a couple things that made the installation take longer then it should have. The rubber grommets that go into the blade holes take a bit of negotiation to get them thru the holes. The other issue was the lack of instructions for wiring when you do NOT install the included light fixture which we did not install. There is nothing mentioned about how you handle the wiring and there is nothing mentioned about the cover plate that is included that covers the area where the light fixture goes. I was able to resolve this as I am familiar with wiring. It makes me wonder how someone that isn’t familiar with electric wiring would deal with this issue. Other then these 2 items we are pleased with this fan and that it runs very quietly and looks great! There are not many manufacturers that offer this finish. My suggestion for Hunter is to include instructions for when you are not installing the light fixture and show the cover plate in the list of parts.

Be careful!

I have always heard that Hunter ceiling fans were expensive, but the best on the market. So when I found these on Amazon priced at $120 each, I was excited to buy them for our new home. I bought two, one for the bedroom, and one to go over the dining room table. When we opened the first box, we were shocked at the gazillion pieces of screws and parts needed to assemble just one fan. The instruction sheet that was included was very little help, and there was no parts list included at all. It took my husband and a friend six hours just to assemble the first fan. These guys were quite familiar with installing ceiling fans. But this one seemed especially difficult. Once it was installed, it did not seem to function properly. It worked OK on high, but on the flow, it barely Moved at all. This was quite concerning. The other issue they had was getting the fan balanced. This was virtually impossible. After much frustration and a brief break, they attempted to install the second fan in our bedroom. This one went considerably smoother. It practically went up with no problem at all. Guess they had become experts after fighting with the first one. The second fan in the bedroom seemed to work much better than the first one. I am sad to say that The day after these fans were installed, the one in the dining room gave out completely. Apparently the motor was bad. Unfortunately, I had exceeded the amount of time that I could have returned the damaged fan for reimbursement. My bad! Lesson learned…

Good quality fan and easy to install

Good price and good quality fan. I’ve installed 6 fans between my new and old house and this one is just as simple as any other to install. This one has higher quality metal finish than others and the rubber brace pieces on the blades are a solid addition I hadn’t seen before. Good fan.

I had two wires the same color.

Only one side of the fan mount had a screw that would hold the mount in place. I had to get a longer screw from my stock to hold it in place. Otherwise it was an easy install. The fan is so quite, it can't be heard from a ladder directly under it.

Beautiful

I love this fan! It was very easy to install and it is super quiet! The grey color of the blades and glass on the light shades are beautiful! I would definitely recommend this! I have been searching for months and seen fans priced way more expensive then this and they were not as beautiful as this one! It also delivered earlier then expected! ????
