Awesome light warm double zipper Wool hoodie

Nothing I dislike, wish I could afford a couple of more for future before they change it.

I haven't been as thrilled as I had hoped.

It's a little big. The fancy dual zipper is a little hard to unlatch and re-latch. I've had an Icebreaker hoodie in the past that I loved. But this one, not so much.

Icebreaker does not stand by their products

I paid ~$250 US for this hoodie 2 years ago. I contacted Icebreaker about getting this garment repaired. Because they are made in China, they cannot repair these garments. I have garments from KÜHL Smartwool and Outdoor Research that have lasted much longer AND are more competitively priced. Customer service just sent me form letters in response and didn't offer any solutions. It's not like I was asking for free clothing. Icebreaker isn't built to last and is exceptionally expensive. I will be abandoning this brand and will recommend my companions and outdoor network do the same.

I have other items from this company the design in the construction are impeccable. And of course the merino wool speaks for itself! Excellent company I would suggest anything that they make!
