Couldn't Get It To Stay In Place

I wanted to use this rod for hanging a curtain in my daughter's window. We got it up and it fit well. But, once we got a curtain on it and tried moving the curtain back and forth it just would not stay up. I ended up ordering some shower curtain rod holders/ tension rod holders and putting those up for this to sit in and they work perfectly. (Afoosoo is the brand for reference.) This rod looks good and has held up well (in combination with the holders.)

Nice quality rod, however it arrived with the end loose…

Wonderful quality product well built. ONE PROBLEM… the end arrived off/loose and the rod is too tight to extend it without having the end secured enough to turn it. I use pliers to loosen it and all is good now. If it weren’t for that one defect this rod would be a 5 star product.

Easy to install and nice quality

This is a nice shower rod! It's easy to install and the color, materials, and overall look is great. My old shower curtain rod was cheaply made and the rings would stick to it all the time due to the surface being rough and cheap. With this rod, shower curtain rings glide effortlessly. Great purchase and looks so much better!

Works perfect and stays in place

We got this to replace our old rusted one. This was completely easy to set up. The rod adjusts to the length of your shower and then you just turn it to secure it place. I love how it looks as well. Definitely worth the money and it’s made to last

And this looked so pretty in the package. Even when I initially took it out, I was pleased with the look and feel. Unfortunately, that's where it all started going south. Apparently, you have ONE CHANCE to put this up. Do NOT try to extend it and retract, or you will be stuck at the position of doom. Shower rod will extend exactly ONCE. Make sure you do so while you're installing it, or it's all over. Even two strong, young men cannot get this to re extend once you get stuck. It just is what it is at that point. I only gave it two stars because it would be so nice if it worked. And it COULD work, if you install the first time you extend it. Just avoid any and all temptation to experiment with it. Having lived in over a dozen homes, I've installed many tension rods in my time. This is the first one I've ever met that's one way only.

STUCK & NOT Adjustable!

This is the first time that I had an adjustable shower curtain rod that's NOT adjustable. It's actually stuck in the position that you see in the picture. My husband and I tried and the inside rod will not turn nor come out any further. The ends also do not stay on securely. I can not use this product and I am disappointed with it. However, the material that it's made from appears to be sturdy and durable.
