They can be wired in such a way to replace 2, 3-way switches on the same circuit)
I have one Fantech in line blower fan I use to vent 2 Bathrooms, operating from a 3-way switch in each bathroom on the same circuit. One sensor replaced each 3-way switch in each bathroom. Now it lets the fan blower turn on run for 30 minutes then turn off. No more forgetting to run the vent blower when someone stink is on!.

Works
I had no problem putting them in. The instructions are not the best, but if you have any experience with switch or plug installation, you will be fine. They work and allow you to have motion detection or to turn on manually and off automatically. The motion detection works ok; however, I would have liked the "eye" to be able to see a full 180 degrees. When purchasing, keep in mind, if placing in a bedroom, where people will be mostly sitting or laying. It may not be the option for you if the "eye" can't see these areas. I would recommend and it is cheaper here than Lowes.

Great solution for my garage
Easy to install with basic understanding of electrical, simple to program. No more fumbling down dark steps and trying to find the light switch with my hands full when I'm on the way out the door.

Simple
Easy to install, and then they just work. Make sure you read the directions to see how to adjust the times. It’s a happy thing to buy something, and then it just works.

Great product! No neutral wire needed is a great plus! Troubleshooting guide needs to be expanded.
I had two in-wall light switches that I wanted to replace with motion sensing switches. Turns out that I didn't have a white neutral wire available and the selection out there is scarce. One model from Leviton and one from Lutron. Aesthetically, I think the Lutron is a little nicer. One quibble I have is that the documentation, while it is very good, could be improved slightly especially in the notes on troubleshooting. I will also post a Question and Answer for this product as I think it may help some other customers in the predicament I found myself in last night. I have a 3-way set up (2 switch locations). So I needed to hook up all the colored wires of the Lutron switch. The wires that run out of the Lutron have two that are black. They are not labeled. But the idea is that one goes to your load/live (e.g. the light fixture/breaker panel) and the other hooks up to one of the "traveller" wires that runs to your other light switch. Well I hooked everything up and (almost) everything seemed to work fine. I could turn off or on the light if the other switch turned on or off the light respectively. However, the Lutron switch would not time-out and turn off the light after the time out elapsed, even though the motion detector turned on the light. The troubleshooting guide is too scant on possible problems and I saw no mention of this on this on the Internet. My a-ha moment came when I considered just swapping the two black wires on the Lutron switch. (Note that the Lutron manual says you can swap the traveller wires if one switch is not toggling the light that the other switch just toggled, but again this is not related to a time-out fail.) Well this did the trick!

A single pole switch will accomplish the same thing for less money!
Product is used in a laundry room. I used a three way switch because that is what already existed. The installation guide has you modify the hookup for one of the traveler wires that takes away true three way switch functionality. Now this isn't necessarily a problem since you have automated the function of turning the light on. The point here is I can achieve the same functionality using a single pole model saving some $$$ which we can all use in light of the raging inflation we are facing. The product works well. The motion detecting is actually ultra sensitive. I programmed it for lower sensitivity but nothing in the house (adult, child, dog, cat, hamster, etc can pass the room without turing on the light.

Better save money to buy single-pole version if you want to replace 2 3-way switches
By intuition, when I was thinking to replace my two 3-way switches in my stairs with motion sensor ones, I chose this more expensive multi-location version instead of single-pole version. Wrong! After I received the package and read the installation manual, it said that you can only replace one 3-way switch not both. Oh, so 3-way motion session switch is not supposed to upgrade 3-way normal switch with motion detection? my mind felt screwed. Did some research and found the correct way to upgrade two 3-way normal switches with motion detection is to use two single-pole version by cross shorting one line at each of them. Feeling too lazy to return, I ends up used these two switches in single-pole setup. This is so confusing that the production description should have clarified that. Sensor its working perfect, quickly turn on light when it sees people.

Works in the cold
I bought this to use in my garage, and I noticed in the specs that it is only rated down to 32 degrees. Since it gets to be as low as 10 degrees in my garage, I was worried. But it has worked fine so far, even at 10 degrees (the outside temp has been minus 20, so the outside wall where the switch is mounted may have been below zero, so the switch probably works down to zero). Of course there is no guarantee that every unit sold will work at temps below the spec. The manufacturer does not warrant use in sub-freezing temps, but I thought that someone might be helped by knowing about my experience. Also, if you are using this with a three-way standard switch, the operation is entirely normal from the end with the normal switch; it toggles just as you expect. The mechanical switch cannot be used to lock the lights on or off. No matter what you do, the lights will time out and automatically shut off if no one is moving around in the lighted area. So the one downside of this unit--the only one as far as I'm concerned--is the inability to lock the lights in the on or off state. Since my garage lights also control my outside driveway lights, I might find myself wanting to keep the driveway lit while no one is in the garage, say while I am shoveling off the driveway some evening. I could not do this easily. Best solution would be to leave the dog locked in the garage since he would never stop wandering around and barking, or maybe a fan with plastic streamers flailing around. I'll have to experiment.

Can't install two on the same circuit
Can only install in one location in a 3way configuration. Not clear in thr description.

Works like it is intended.
Once you decide on where to put it and whether it is a single or three pole installation it is just a matter or putting it in. Works well, wife is now asking me to put a few more in where we enter our garage, etc. Quality seems fine, definitely lighter and more plastic than old school light switches but that is what it is.

IT WORKS! but no face plate? cmonnnnn
Had to return a different 4 wire switch because it did not work on what I believe to be our single pole system (only 3 wires including the ground, no neutral). When this product arrived with 5 WIRES (plus a random extra one) I had my doubts...BUT after hooking up the weird double ground, capping the unnecessary blue neurtral, and tying in the others - IT WORKS! Pretty sensitive motion detection and multiple modes, BUT no faceplate :(((( which for how much this unit costs is completely ridiculous in my books...it only costs me $1 but now I have to go out and get one, plus I can only imagine how cheap it would be for the manufacturer to include one so minus 1 star for that! otherwise good buy
