Excellent track!

This is a special 027 track. It allows a car to unload its cargo from a flat bed car. Without this track, the special car is worthless! Love it!

The Old and the New

This operating track is a part of Lionel's new FasTrack system, but it's configurable for use with some of the old operating cars and trackside equipment. You can have the new AND the old work together. It's great! What's even better was the excellent price offered by Best Service Stores and the prompt shipment. I'll be on the lookout for more good deals from these guys and gals.

Does what it’s supposed to do

If you need this piece of track, then there are few places to buy it from other than the Lionel website itself. I only use brand name Lionel track for my layout. I’m finding that the pieces are becoming very expensive, I think this is because Lionel only makes a limited number of pieces each year and with limited availability, sellers such as Amazon and hobby shops keep increasing the price to reflect demand. I’ve bought several Lionel items, including track, on Amazon over the past few years. The prices are rediculously high for a piece of plastic. I’ve stopped buying from Amazon because of the inflated prices. I will look elsewhere.
