Thin Ankle Agony
These were beautiful, but even after I add some ball-of-the-foot cushions to keep myself from sliding forward and tightened the ankle strap as tight as it could go I was still in agony about two hours into my event. I have thin ankles and the in order to keep myself from flopping about I had to tighten the ankle strap as far as I could and I still got wicked blisters on my ankles from them. These are the kind of shoes that would look good being photographed, but you simply can't wear them for a long time, even with the platform.
