So comfy and flattering

I wish this dress came in my size in other colors! A sheath dress is a classic, and this one is amazing! It was so comfortable, I didn't want to take it off. It's flattering and is not clingy.

Runs long

Nice material and lined, which I was pleased with for the price point. Dress runs long — I am 5’6” and the dress came down past my knees. Will be returning.

No stretch, little comfort, fitted

Make sure you know this is a fitted dress. There is a little stretchiness to it and no give therefore I had to return it. It looks great on the model and would probably look on some great on somebody a little smaller, but it just did not work for me.

Beautiful simple dress

This is a sheath dres designed for a figure with a waist somewhat narrower than hips and bust, like hourglass figures. I cannot speak for how it will look on someone shaped differently. But, I CAN see it would look just as nice on a tall girl. I am short and curvy, wear a 10-12 normally, 150 lbs. 12 is loose. I may be exchanging this dress for the next size down. I already ordered it and will either keep the 12 and have it altered or see if 10 fits better. I ordered according to bust and at 41 D, it appeared 12 was right, but it's loose in my waist and somewhat loose in the hips. I can see it's going to be gorgeous and perfect with either a little tailored or if the chest fits on the smaller size. If you are between sizes, order down. The fabric is nice and the dress is well made. I have paid much more for similar dresses in the past.

Runs small

Not a very flattering cut and it runs small with very little stretch. Not sure if I'll keep it. I thought about wearing it under a blazer. It's not great material but it is fully lined which is nice. I'll wait for the blazer to be delivered before I decide to keep the dress or return it. Looks like I will return it.

I bought this same dress 2 weeks ago in size 14. I ordered a size 10.

I bought this dress again in a size 10. At a reasonable price. I was planning to purchase another sheath dress from a previous site at $39.99. Then when I visited Amazon again saw it was $35.50, I grabbed it. The only down side is I need matching petite jacket to go with this sheath dress. Bare arms are not appropriate in certain settings. I would like the material to be the same. On the other sight I purchased a black sheath dress and purchase the jacket. The reason I am purchasing a black sheath dress is to rebuild my wardrobe. I was 250 pounds and now I am 150 pounds. Every lady should have a black dress in her wardrobe. No special occasion I prefer to be prepared. This black dress in size 10 is perfect. May be a little long, that is fine. This way my thighs won't be showing. I am modest and conservative in my taste in my clothing. I was very impressed by the zipper and lining. Exquisite placing of the zipper. Details are important. The material is comfortable to touch. And the size 10 hug my body perfectly. Great fit, great feel for this price of $35.50. Now my wardrobe is complete.

Great basic dress for the price.

Nice fabric, fully lined, good basic cut. Can be dressed up for evening or good for a day at the office. I like that it comes just below the knee…a flattering length. (I am 5’8”). A great basic.

Robe de belle qualité!

Robe de belle qualité et la couleur est très belle ainsi que la coupe. Elle est un peu longue cependant, tombe en dessous des genoux. La grandeur 4 est très grande, équivaut à un 6 facilement. Mais elle vaut le coup avec un petit ajustement chez la couturière pour qu'elle soit faite sur mesure.

Classic and flattering

I tried several black dresses. This one was the closest to being true to its size. It is flattering and would easily be dressed up for partying or stay true to its classic roots for a more somber occasion.
