Wow...
Excellent boot for industrial settings on concrete, also good for equipment operation and extensive walking. I had always worn Danner boots and decided to try a new maker...I purchased a pair of Keen Lansing boots and they were horrible...clunky and cumbersome, really heavy and they would not break in, caused a lot of discomfort and were failing at the seams in less than a month...I immediately ordered another pair of Danner Bull Run Moc Toes to replace them...or so I thought...I was bummed when I realized I screwed the order up ( I pulled these accidentally from the "save for later" list under my cart) ...and these arrived...I decided to give them a shot as I had already thrown out the Lansing's and needed something for work on Monday...I was shocked as to how comfortable they were, even with the stock insole (which I normally change immediately) ..I chugged around the garage and walked the dog in them, trying for a couple hours to find a hotspot, chafe or clunk that bugged me...but they literally felt broke in within minutes, I mean like slipper comfortable...I am a total convert...Keen was not an option after the first pair, but I'm glad I screwed up...these are great and work awesome on the bike too! The flat sole allows you to put your foot anywhere on the board with confidence...its the feel of a sneaker with the protection of a steel toe boot...I love 'em!

Good boots and a good price.
I found these online for a much better price than in-store. Also wide is available online. Good fit. Already had multiple comments on the lol of these boots. Would buy again.

Extremely comfortable
All my shoes and boots have specifically made orthopedic made insoles. Keen is always a great all around boot. These however look great and feel amazing. I’ve received a lot of complements and walked a lot of miles in these. A great boot.

Stuff but good boot
I just got these 2 days ago. The leather is stiff around the foot but only 2 days old so haven’t broken them in yet. I wear a size 9.5 in other mix toes but this one being wider runs 1/2 size big so keep that in mind. Going to purchase different laces as well. These come untied very easily. I’ll write a review again as soon as they’re broken in and get a little dirty.

Broken in right out of the box!
As a painter these have become my go to shoes! They are comfortable and my feet are less tired at the end of the day.

I really want to like this shoe, but a few shortcomings
To start, I usually dont give out reviews unless a product warrants it. I work as a welder/fabricator so im on my feet for a good portion of the day, doing anywhere from 9-12 hour days. Before I jump into the negatives, i have to give credit to the shoe--it fits true to size. Ive had this shoe for about 2 weeks now and this is the most comfortable work shoe i've worn to date, barely any break in time--it feels like a casual shoe. I did change out the insole for my preferred brand (sofsole work) and it made the shoe much more comfortable as the original insole that comes with it has this weird "step/hump" that you can feel about mid-arch area, not felt at all with my thicker insole. The laces feel heavy duty but we shall see about longevity. I like that it is unlined/not insulated much if at all, an important aspect since the Arizona weather can be relentless with feet sweating and ventilation. The lace system is ok, I wish it was a speed lace up top but oh well. I had the unfortunate opportunity to test out the toeguard already only 2 weeks into owning this shoe and, well, I wish the toe guard/box area was about another half inch to 1" or so longer, as this probably would have saved my toe from being bruised as it currently is from dropping a piece of thick sheetmetal on it by accident from only a few inches above and just missing the toeguard area. For reference, it dropped right where the base of my toe meets the rest of my foot/the "hinge" area, or speaking medically, right where the phalange of the large toe meets the metatarsal bones--I really feel this is a smaller toe guard than other shoe brands I have worn. The first week, I noticed a thread stitch starting to come undone, this 2nd week I noticed the other shoe had a stitch coming out. At this rate, 6 months looks to be the lifespan before im expecting to buy another pair. The leather already has some holes forming. It is quite soft, so im guessing thats part of the comfort level factor. With that said, I know this boot wasnt designed for the welding environment and this is more of a general purpose safety shoe and there are plenty of other great choices out there to fulfill the welding environment duty (I usually go with my cowboy boot style steel toes) and im not sure yet if I would give this shoe another chance on the next go around of shoe purchases, so thats TBD. I cant give this shoe greater than 3 stars, but I cant give it any less either. I do like it, but dont love it either. For the time being, I'll try to be a bit more careful haha.

Good work boot
It can be hard to find good women's work boots; I had 4 or 5 different brands sent to my house with the "Try before you buy" option and these Keen boots were by far the most comfortable right out of the box! I have a problem with shoes being too tight across the tops of my toe joints and causing pain. These boots are wide enough that I haven't had any issues with pain even after wearing them nearly every weekday for the past 3 months. My only complaint is that I had to use superglue and resecure the bottom sole of the boot. That bottom piece of the sole started pulling apart after just a few weeks; superglue fixed it but it was annoying that I had to fix anything with boots that new. I'm still giving them 4 stars as they are quite comfortable and have been the best work boots I've worn in quite some time.

Pretty good boots
Boots look great, slip resistance is good but not the best on oil or water out of what I've had. Still works just not the best. I usually order wide boots but those are usually huge, front heavy and work boots look. So I ordered regular size this time and stretched them by myself. I would buy again but not for the price.

Light & comfortable
First off, I bought a half size up because so many other reviewers said to do so. My advice is not to do this. Now I have a boot that fits a half size too big. I can deal with it by wearing thick boot socks, but I wish I'd have ignored everybody saying buy a half size larger, that's bad advice. That said, these boots are very nice. Super light, sturdy and well made, and even though they're a bit large, they're quite comfortable. Lots of room in the toe box. I'd buy them again (in my size, of course).

Extremely comfy work boot!
I was upgrading from Timberland Pros, which I always hated because they were so narrow in the toe box, and with a safety toe, there was no room for them to stretch. I have a fairly normal width of foot but those boots were terrible. So I decided to try the wide width in these boots. In retrospect, I don't think I needed to, as the style of Keen's is naturally a wider toe. But the wide width gives me so much comfy room! I could easily put a nice insole in and have room. What's great about them is they hold my heel in tightly, so even though they're extra spacious at the front, I don't get rubbing at the heel. If you have small legs and ankles you may find these boots will look a little funny on, they are wide! But they're the best boots I have owned, I always forget they have an aluminum toe. Highly recommend for a lady in the trades.
