Nice warm coat but it had a crease in the lapel

I bought this coat because I thought it would be warm and could be dressed up or down for casual or more formal/business wear. It was that but also very thick and heavy. The camel color is nice, soft, not brassy at all. I’m 5’ 4”, 120lbs. and small fit fine. I had a little room, but xs would have been too small. The wool blend felt itchy and scratchy to my skin and irritated my neck, but I could wear a scarf or turtleneck with it and it would be fine. The coat arrived very wrinkled, so I put it on a hanger overnight and it smoothed out nicely. The problem was there was a deep crease in the wide front lapel on one side. It made it impossible for it to lay down flat and this bend didn’t come out like the wrinkles did. It made what might have been a beautiful coat look very unattractive. Unfortunately I had to return it and decided it’s not worth the risk of exchanging it for another one, because I might get another one with the same problem. I think it could be a very nice coat if you don’t mind the heaviness, but the one I got had an issue.
