One of the few modern options

When building our house, we wanted a cast iron claw-foot tub. But...we were also going for a modern look throughout the house so that was a challenge as nearly all claw-foot tub hardware is meant to look like it's from the Victorian era. This option is *not* cheap (actually cost more than our tub did), but one of the only modern styled fixtures we could find. So went with it. We've had it for two years and have been pretty happy with it. It looks great in our bath. The one flaw is that it appears the gasket in the diverter (between faucet and wand) can deteriorate over time causing it to become difficult to fully shut off one or the other. I contacted the company about this, they reminded me that they offer a 10 year warranty, and immediately shipped me out replacement parts for free. I had it repaired in about 20 minutes. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands by their products like that! Furthermore, despite sending me the full set of parts for the diverter, the only broken part was the rubber seal at the end so going forward, I can likely just replace that if need be. Overall, very satisfied with this product and company!

It's my favorite fixture!

I love the look and it works great! I didn't install it myself, so I cannot honestly speak to whether or not it is easy to instal, but it is solid, it is well made, and it works like a charm and its super cute.

Previously used product— not as advertised

Scald!! Beware

Beautiful design and good quality. The reason for the low rate is due to the customer service when calling in for a solution for anti- scald. The rep said they do not have a cartridge or option to offer and to call a plumber. The plumber referred me to the manufacturer.
