Directions please!

This is a beautiful faucet and pretty good quality. But, the shower handled interferes with the Hot water lever. You have to have the shower lever all the way to the left otherwise it will leak while the tub spout is on. I believe this lever was to be used with the metal cross handles instead of the lever handles. Also, the instructions are non existent. There are screws in the shut off stems for both hot and cold water. These screws are to be used only with metal cross handles. The lever handles have Allen set screws and they don't use the screws. That took some real hard thinking to figure that out with no directions. I ordered this faucet because it had the offset spread to fit my existing holes which are 8". It worked well and besides the problems above the installation was pretty easy.

What a joke

For a $400 faucet...you'd think they could afford directions! There is an o ring that is supposedly the only equipment holding up the handles. I'm extremely disappointed in this VERY expensive item. I had to go to the hardware store to buy something, that had to saw on to make fit...I kept it and it works, but I wouldn't recommend Kingston brass!
