Beautiful

We own an older home that we needed to update the shower faucets, so we bought a set of 2 and updated both bathrooms and these worked amazing, easy to install the directions were easy to read. they ended up turning out beautifully

Nice handles, bad shower head

My wife loves these and they do look nice in our bathroom. We got the matching set for the sink as well. The only downside to this shower set is that the shower head is worthless. It only sprayed in an outside circle so there wasn't full body coverage. We replaced the shower head and the everything looks great.

Good value for less than $100

Everyone loves the white porcelain handles and I like the middle diverter knob so we don’t have that dribbly thing on the tub spout that I used to have to reach down for. The shower head is a bit weak but I have a replacement with a lift off head on a hose that’ll be handier and more powerful. A five minute fix but of course saving water is important too. And the nice thing about this type of faucet is you can control the volume of water with the left and right handles, something not always possible with a single knob shower control. It certainly was a lot of work to install along with the new tub and tiles but was well worth it.

Needed to flip cartridges

Works great with a bit of work. I did order a used one, so it may have been messed with before I received it. I had to swap cartridges (hot to cold, cold to hot) so it would work properly. Easy if you know how to. The cartridges are color coded, so that does help. Overall, great unit & no problems after I swapped sides

Lovely faucet/handles, weak shower head

Pro: - Looks great in my shower. - Handles are easy to turn (which has to do with installation as well) Con: - shower head gives very weak spray, but I always going to switch to a handheld anyway - with these handles (instead of knobs), it’s easy to accidentally bump the faucet back on. Very minor thing and worth it to me

Did not come with all pieces

So the plumber started the job thinking the package had all pieces but then we were left with no working bathroom having to cap it off when there weren’t all the pieces needed in the assembly.

Don't waste your money

I bought this item and installed it in one of my bathroom on 02/03/2012. First of all it is a very cheap product. The spout is shorter than standard/regular spouts and water gushes out. The handles are wobbly. The screw covers easily come out and one is already useless which made the faucet look like it's old. It looks like it will not last for a year. I will update my review next year. Amazon.com sent me a opened box item though I ordered a new one. 02/05/2012 : I just found that does not flow same in both sides. The hot water line have significantly lower water volume that of cold water. 02/03/2012 Contacted kingston Brass and representative told me that "cartrige" is not good and he would send it. 02/14/2012 Did not receive anything yet. I called them again today ,representative did not find anything was sent to me and promised that I would get it very soon.

Disappointed by Manufacturer

I am not sure if I received a returned product. Reason, there was some dirt on one of the outlet valves. And the warranty card is quite clear that dirt is not a warranty claim. I cleaned everything up and installed the unit. Seems to be working. There are limited number of types of these 3-way units, so we had to make a decision, to keep or not to keep. Follow-up. After installation and use, the hot water faucet showed a small drip. Rather than undoing all the work and ship the unit back to Amazon, I inspected the valve, and found that the seat had a manufacturing defect: a small scratch on the faceplate of the valve. Contacted KingstonBrass re replacement under warranty ... to learn that they do not provide warranty service outside the US. Instead, they provided me with a link to their website where I can purchase (!!!) a replacement. Looking at their Facebook page, I see many unsatisfied customers, complaining about similar rip-offs. I wished I would have seen this before. Also disappointed that there was no reference on the Amazon Canada website that this unit comes without any warranty. In other words, it is sold "as-is".
