Beautiful Faucet!

Very nice - but too large for my space

These faucets were nicely packaged and appeared to be a very nice quality and weight! Liked the style very much, but they were just too large for my space and sink size, so I am looking for a similar product, but one smaller in size.

Kingston products

The Kingston product is very high quality. Absolutely love the design and look. It came in right on time and was packaged very well. I was impressed . We’re in the process of building our new home. We’ve took it out and looked everywhere over to make sure everything looked good. I’ll give and update when installed.

Not Happy. Cold water handle "designed to turn backwards", O-Rings break easily, Water hoses kinks

Overall, I would not buy this faucet again. The faucet, while beautiful and full of promise, had so many issues while installing. Instructions were vague, images are not clearly labelled with part names. O-rings broke immediately during installation. The two hoses supplied are not long enough to loop which caused both to kink needing replacements. I requested new 2 new hoses, they only sent 1. The cold cartridge cross handle turns backwards. Should be righty tightly "Off", lefty loosy "On". The instruction's tell you to rotate right stop assembly which I wasted time to try to correct without success. I called Kingston Brass for help and was told that this faucet is designed this way and if I want to correct the problem, I would need to buy another hot cartridge at my expense. This faucet is too expensive for this "design flaw". The description should indicate that is the way it is designed, and then we could decide it this is acceptable, and avoid wasting time trying to troubleshoot and fix the handles. It is now passed my return window, and I have spent way too much time getting this installed to replace. I am still worried that the O-rings will break and water leak all over my new vanity and floors. I will follow up if anything changes.

Broken faucet sold

The item doesn’t deserve 1 star. I bought it for my basement bathroom so clearly we were barely using it to be aware that the faucet was damage. When few guests started using the bathroom we had a water leak. The renovation company came and “fixed it”. And again and again 2 more times. The fourth time I had a bad water damage on my cabinets floor. The plumber tested and said there is no leak from the plumbing, the plumbing is new and ok but since the beginning I’m dealing with a damaged faucet. Amazon doesn’t want to refund my money. I’m going to small claims and I have my faucet and my cabinet floor paid.

Perfect for my modern farmhouse bathroom

We just remodeled our master bath and these were perfect for our modern farmhouse design! I’m so glad I purchased them here because you can’t find these anywhere in person. The matte black is beautiful and disguises all of our hard water stains - which I love! If you’re stuck on deciding I would say go with these. You can’t go wrong. The hardest decision would be deciding the finish. Matte black looks great!

SMALL ISSUE LEADS TO LARGE EXPENSE

The finish on a single trim piece on the faucet had started to tarnish after just 3 months in service. Customer support was very difficult to establish at the onset and once it had begun, it became confrontational. This was surprising to us considering it was an easily corrected issue. A simple replacement of the tarnished trim piece was all that we were looking for. As it turned out we were not even offered the option to purchase a replacement piece, requiring us to now purchase an entirely new faucet and have it installed. Buyer beware!
