Exact replacement for what I needed. Quick and easy swap.

My Kingston Brass bathroom faucet installed in 2016 started leaking around the handle. I found the manual online with the part number for the cartridge and found this part. I outsource most of my plumbing work to professionals but this was a quick and easy swap I could do myself. The part was an exact match for what I took out and my faucet no longer leaks.

Lack of Customer Cervice

Nice4 product if you not need to discuss with their Customer Service. I gave up expecting responses to Emails. I eventually go the physical part but the part number quoted on the paperwork I received with the faucet set was not correct for color (oiled bronzed). It is probably going to work as the chrome finish supplied does not seem to show through the clear glass knobs. Beware that although the knobs are round they still rotate as if they were levers. Bottom line difficult company to deal with.

I'm glad that I found this component to fix my Kingston faucets, which are pretty pricy to replace as a whole. The operation is very smooth!

The perfect replacement for our Kingston faucet

Bought this to replace a leaking cartridge and it solved the problem. The Kingston faucet had been in our bathroom since 2014 - which tells me these cartridges are well-made. My preference was to replace the cartridge because the faucet itself still looked good. Whenever a plumbing fixture is in place for that length of time it is more challenging to take it apart for the repair, but once I got down to the cartridge and swapped it out, it has been working fine ever since.
