Works great on different carpet lengths.
Works awesome softer than the regular one. Worked good on Berber as well as the normal carpet.

Bristles are soft enough for ultra plush/smart silk and still clean and groom very well.
Great brush roll for our ultra plush smart silk carpet. It is built and fits just like the original equipment brush roll, however the actual brush part is definitely softer. It is soft enough to not cause snags, yet aggressive enough to pull the occasional boys of cat litter or gravel out and groom the carpet nicely.

This product fit my Kirby perfectly. It works so much better with my Berber carpet. It was so hard to vacuum with the other brush. I definitely recommend this product. It does exactly what it is meant to.

Item is well made-like mist Kirby products. I don't have Berber carpet, but I do have a softer type of fiber. Naturally, I want it to last. This brush allows my to vacuum regularly without fear of "beating up" my carpet. And it definitely does the job!
