Sturdier then a Moen

Price is great. The set up is easy. The base is significantly more robust than the Moen I was replacing. Installation is super easy. This is a quality product that I would recommend to anyone.

It drips constantly

This is a beautiful faucet that was signifcantly less expensive than others I looked at. I bought it because I was not 100% certain I wanted a champagne bronze faucet and didn't want to spend hundreds more on a similar Delta faucet. Figured I'd live with it for a while and upgrade later on. However I should have paid more attention to all of the reviews that stated that there is something wrong with the design. It has leaked since the first day it was installed. I love everything about how it looks and functions but that is a pretty big flaw -- I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy it again.

Great faucet except for one detail

Great faucet, like the finish, shape, and feel. Love that it can be installed and removed from the top! Even with smaller sinks it's a serious pain to remove and install kitchen faucets, but with current trends toward larger sinks, it's getting harder and harder. With my new sink it would have been nearly impossible to install a faucet without this feature. Taking one star off because one supply line was not long enough to reach my shutoff

Simple and Modern

I installed the faucet within 30 minutes; everything you need is in the box. I always heard Kraus was a good brand that makes a quality product and so far I am impressed! I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Love (almost) everything

This is a beautiful faucet. It was fairly easy to install, and looks great in my (in progress) updated kitchen. The water pressure is great and the spray function works well. Good thing we have deep new sinks - I think it would be spraying everywhere otherwise. However, a few cons: FINGERPRINTS!!!!! There are ALWAYS fingerprints on this faucet - I am constantly wiping them away. It really mars the look. Never had this before - maybe it's because of the color? In any case, big negative. Also, the water lever seems a little flimsy - works great now, but we shall see. Hardest thing to get used to is the hot/cold function. When the lever is in the upright position, you have cold water. To get hot water, you pull the lever towards you. To me, this seems totally counterintuitive. On my last faucet, the hot water was away from you (and almost every similar faucet I've tried is the same). I suppose we'll get used to it, but just weird. Overall, we like this faucet, but the fingerprint issue and hot water direction detract from ease of use.

I typically buy Moen but their gold offering was a little too orange colour for me. The gold on the Kraus faucet matched my cabinet handles best. Something to keep in mind is there are different variations of this faucet with the same product number (‎KPF-2620BB), it's possible that it's older vs newer stock. The first one I bought, I deemed as defective as the lever extends past fully vertical position hitting my back splash not as they advertised in which it should sit fully vertical and then pull forward 90 degrees. Other observations, the surface mounting plate you need to tighten 2 screws, hot water was up and cold water was down, the connector that connects the line for the spray head and water line was a plug on both ends and the spout(neck) was very loose in swiveling side to side. The replacement unit, the top mounting plate had only 1 screw, the lever is correct on this one sits fully vertical and pulls forward 90 degrees till it's fully horizontal, the water temps are switched with the cold water now being up and hot water now being down, the connector that connects the line for the spray head and the water line was a screw on one end and a plug on the other end and the spout(neck) was a little more ridged didn't move as freely. Important note: I had an issue with the water pressure of one of the water lines. After contacting Kraus, the space for the the top mounting faucets is a little tighter therefore the line can get snagged on the base causing slow water flow. This is apparently a common issue. To resolve this issue i had to take the faucet off of the base, turn on the water to unkink the line then place the faucet back on the base and tighten it. Just thought I'd mention as you may think you've received a defective unit. I'm not sure which is the newer model but I'll assume it's the ladder. Another question I've i've seen people ask is regarding the spray head. When the water is on you can press the spray option, you do not need to hold the button down and when you turn off the water it de-presses itself and will go back to normal stream of water option. Only time will tell for durability but for now it looks great and functions fine.

Sleek, Simple and Quality.

Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It’s been installed now for about 1.5 months. Was very simple to install and seems to be made with solid and secure parts. Looks clean and elegant with my new quartz countertops. The finish is easy to keep clean and doesn’t seem to show any water spots or finger prints. The pressure is good and the spray nozzle works great. Is exactly what I was looking for and is a simple clean design. Would recommend this product for the price, style and apparent quality. Will update review in 6 months for quality but at this stage it’s working perfectly.

Good tap, easy to install, water runs after shut-off

Bought this tap for a low profile barsink. Looks great and was well fairly priced compared to similar quality taps. The quick connect system is super easy to use and great for tight spaces, much easier to install from the top rather than crawling under the sink to tighten. The only issue I have with the tap is that when you shut the water off it continues to run for several seconds. Am planning to reach out to Kraus to see if this is intentional or just a defect. I have another Kraus tap for the main kitchen sink that is absolutely perfect.

Amazing Kitchen Faucet! Easy installation

Really happy with my KRAUS kitchen faucet. Can't talk about its longevity yet, but looks really great and is really easy and quick to install.
