Flower is not 15-inches but pretty

I have been looking for super oversized purple poinsettias for a long time and was so excited to see 15-inches when I stumbled upon this item. I am very particular with my Christmas tree decorations and these "spoke" to me instantly and I bought 12. When they came and I unfolded the petals and was slightly disappointed. They are only 9" across, about the average size you see at regular stores. I had expected them to be almost double in size, as it was advertised. Other than that, the glitter detailing is silver and not gold as depicted in the picture. Though the description did say silver and so did others in the reviews, so that was not a surprise. The color is a very elegant shade of purple, not obnoxiously bold, common, or cheap looking. The quality is good too and I think they will withstand the test of time. They are beautiful, but the price should be knocked down a bit because of the smaller size.

Too pricey I think for 1 piece of poinsettia. But the purple color looks gorgeous.
