paddle integrity seems to be sub-par
maybe i have an outlier, but this paddle is falling apart after playing with it 3 times! last night, i played for the 4th time and the edge guard is falling off (see attached pictures 1 & 2). i am requesting for a replacement to further trial this paddle. if the replacement falls apart within a year, then i am definitely asking for a refund and update this review then. on the positive note, this is one of the most powerful paddles i've encountered. the sound effects of this paddle in action have surprised everyone (sounds like a gun going off, esp in a smash). my close friend summed this up nicely, because sound travels faster than the ball, hearing the loud pop sometimes disrupts your opponents return. i also want to add that the handle wrap is flayed (see attached pic #3), after just 4 outings. my other engage paddles have played 40+ times and their handles aren't even as flayed as this. so seems like the handle wrap is also of inferior quality.

Not Good
Was sold via Warehouse and was a damaged paddle that did not match the Amazon description. Returned and advised it should be discarded due to its defects that would render it not playable

Updated review...
I previously wrote a review rating this 1 star because the paddle broke down after 6 uses. However, every company puts out a bad product once in a while. What matters to me is how they handle the customer service in fixing the problem. I reached out to Onix, showed them some pictures of the damage and they immediately honored the warranty on it and are sending a new paddle. That is customer service. This paddle is warranted for a year, but ever with that, some companies would have tried to weasel out of fixing it. I am very pleased with Onix for being so swift at fixing the problem. My friends who have had their onix paddles for over a year have not had any problems. It is a beautiful paddle with super touch control.

Best of Both Worlds
I have been playing with this paddle for about a month now and i really like it. It is light enough that it helps reaction time and still strong enough to really unload on the ball. The oblong handle is something that is different from most paddles but it adds a ergonomic comfort. I was worried about that handle style at first but i like not having a super thick handle. The only negative thing i have noticed about the paddle is that if you play on ruff surface and the paddle hits the ground it does scratch the edge pretty easy because it is an edgeless paddle. Other than that i really like it.

Great paddle, poor durability, great customer service.
Sub Zero Paddle is great but lasted less than 60 days with daily play. It fractured at the top edge. The company is very responsive and suggested the Inferno which lasted only one week. It fractured at the side edge. They have now sent an Evoke and it looks like it will be more durable. It has been great customer service.

After paying top dollar for this one piece, rimless, graphite paddle I've been quite disappointed. The grip is not very tight and I've had to place tape on the edge because it's getting banged up. I like the sound and power I get from the paddle but I'm bothered about the grip.

Dead spots
I have used this paddle less than 5 times and there are dead spots. I am so disappointed. For the cost of this paddle, this should not be the case. I am hoping the company will make it right.

It has an edge!!
For some reason I am not sure why it states edgeless. I have just received it and it has an edge, the information on the back of the tracker package states it has an edge.
