It died

The salt disintegrates causing it to burn out .. really sad because it was beautiful to look at .. it was a gift for my sister and it didn't last very long at all

QUALITY. HEAVY. BEAUTIFUL. ZEN. NAMASTE.

The media could not be loaded. Such a beauty to hold & look at. Was heavy upon opening - be gentle. Mainly the bowl had the most weight. Bowl wrapped within a thick cardboard box casing. Massage balls within its own box w/ dividers - snip the thin plastic covering of each ball. Thanks for the 2 light bulbs - 3 total light bulbs - because the bowl had a light bulb already installed. Hope they last. Super easy set up. I attached a vid and many photos following my unboxing for you to get a better idea on the quality of this item. I am in awe with this lamp. It was a perfect price point. Zen decor. Excellent quality! Glad AMZ delivery personnel didn’t mishandle the package during shipment - which unfortunately would be a loss for sellers. Just sharing my thoughts but plz be considerate of the sellers when reviewing & to contact sellers 1st because AMZ is responsible for the actual storage-delivery with certain products. Not the seller’s fault unless actual item has flaws. I’ve been fortunate to have my items arrive intact and one time did receive immediate customer service from a seller after messaging them.

Love it. So much.

I love this darn thing. I get so chuffed every time I see it. It came thoroughly packaged (almost too thoroughly, because it's a task to get the firm shrink-wrap off each ball, which I ended up using needle-nose pliers for). I received some deviation in ball colors, which I was hopeful for. The only minor-ish complaint is for the gaps between the balls where the bulb glared through at some angles. But I've minimized that by purchasing some additional smaller balls from another seller to fill in those spaces & add more dimension. Those unfortunately cost me as much as the lamp overall, but the lamp cost was such a steal, it pretty well makes up for it. I am very happy with my purchase & am considering making another as a gift. I have multiple shaped salt lamps, & I'm sure the hubs would have rolled his eyes at my getting another if it wasn't so darn cool. But it is.

It doesn’t heat up just from the light.

I’ve only use this once or twice so far and had to use the microwave to warm them up to a good temp for use. Not too long tho or they are too hot, but light just isn’t enough heat source!

The photo is on the dim setting. It recommends to leave it on to first time for the first 24 hours. It’s been on this setting for about 5 hours so it’s not hot yet. I’m assuming because it on dim. I’ll turn it brighter in the morning. I love it and I think it’s very peaceful. I get debilitating migraines and this doesn’t hurt my head. Which is rare for me so I love it Only negative I see so far is the balls look like two halves put together but might just be me or that it’s a ball put together by salt :)

Nice but NOT so Zen as expected

Received on date expected. The product was plastic wrapped and the box was dry but cardboard used to wrap the salt balls, extra light bulbs & electrical cord damp/wet. It didn’t seem to damage the lamp light. I did wait several hours before I plugged it into the outlet to ensure everything was dry. The bowl itself was assembled crooked and had rough edges on one side (see pictures). Once I placed the balls in the bowl it’s not so noticeable. I’m not going to exchange or return it since it will be displayed on a high shelf. I guess at the $20.00 price point - I got what I paid for.

This is all solid salt. So be careful, it will melt in a humid environment

This is just exactly what the picture says. And it was a decent value for the money. Do not store these in the bathroom, or in a room that gets a lot of humidity. These are salt. That means they will melt.
