Cet interrupteur est compatible avec les charges incandescentes uniquement et n'est pas recommandé pour une utilisation avec des lampes LED ou CFL. Construction robuste pour une longue durée de vie. Les vis de borne acceptent jusqu'au n° 12 AGW et les bornes enfichables Quickwire n'acceptent que le fil de cuivre massif n° 14 AWG. Lights witch but very dim light

Very dim light, hardly serves its purpose

Fairly good lighted 3-way switch

It looks fairly good, but these things are a pain to mount to look right (getting them level behind the plate and centred is more work than it is with the toggle variety). It also feels less solid, like it could break more easily than the toggle I had originally, but not so bad as to feel delicate. The illumination is orange, and primarily illuminates half of the rocker when the light it controls is off (some illumination gets to the other half of the rocker, but not much). When the light it controls is on, the switch is not illuminated. The illumination is clear and bright enough that you can see it most of the time (not just in the dark) but it is not enough to be bothersome. Lighted 3-way toggles can be had, but I also needed a lighted 4-way, and the only one I have found in a long time searching is another of this style (the 5614 model), so I needed this to balance it.

Read details on lighted switch, these have a orange amber glow , not a greenish glow .

Easy To Find In The Dark, and 3-Way

Needed this lighted switch so I could find it in a dark room. Soft neon glow on one half of the switch. This model is a 3-way version, which I needed as the room was wired for two switches near two doors. Also comes in various colors. My house has light almond switches and plates. Wired in directly using existing wiring. Could not find a Decora, light almond, 3-way even at my professional electrical supply house.

It's a Leviton, need I say more

As expected, nice quality switch. Easy to install. Night light feature works well in our very dark hallway at night. Definitely NOT too bright - just right for us. I can't say it lights the hallway but it allows us to easily see where the other switch is in the dark from 20' away.

Super easy install. Both my existing light switch and this one I bought from Amazon has the quick wire connects, which made replacing the switch matter of minutes. Light is orange when you turn off the light, and the light almond color I ordered matches perfectly with the rest of my house.

Right switch wrong colour

Product works but wrong colour. Ordered in light almond but received white. Since it was a replacement for a broken switch it I had to install it anyway.
