Good Quality Switch
Wife keeps forgetting to turn the fan on during a shower. I have this on the second highest sensitivity setting and it kicks in after a few minutes of the shower running. What's cool about this new design is you can change the settings on it without taking the faceplate off. Green indicator light comes on when fan is running. Does not come with wire nuts.

Good fan / light combination buttons to run the fan for a set time
I wanted to get a switch for the powder room that would both control the fan and the lights and would keep the fan on for a set amount of time. That way, the fan wont run all day if someone forgets to turn it off, but it will run enough to clear the air. I had considered a smart switch which would use IIFT for the timer, but it was one of the original single gang boxes installed with nails and I wasn’t keen to replace it. Enter this switch from Leviton. The front of the switch has two buttons, one with a light symbol on it and the other with a fan symbol which is actually easier for someone to understand than two random light switches. I have wired lots of smart and dumb switches and so this one was pretty straightforward. The instructions include images for the cases where you do have a neutral wire and when you don’t. The programming isnt intuitive or as easy as my smart switches with apps simply because you are getting feedback from the light on the switch. The fan can be set to run whenever the humidity sensitivity is reached (low, medium, high or max or you can set the percent humidity), manually turn on but will run for a set time or bypass which means it wont run automatically. You can also set the fan to run on a regular schedule in the air cycle mode. You will want to download the instructions to have them because without the instructions to decipher the blinks and colors of the led light on the face of the switch, you will never be able to change the settings. I have this switch set to the bath fan mode where the fan runs for a set time after it is turned on. This ensures a cycling of the air and that the fan will turn be turned off. The humidity in the room shouldn’t get high enough to trigger the fan due to the lack of a shower in the room, but it is good to know that the fan should trigger if for some reason the humidity did increase for some reason. Overall, this is a switch that combines the fan and light, is shallower than most smart switches, but it is more difficult to program that most smart switches. I am pleased with the switch so for.

May be difficult to install depending on your existing wiring
I've installed single switches before, so I thought this would be easy to install. When I opened the two-switch box with the light and fan switches, I found a spaghetti-like mess of all-white wires due to paint spray. After looking around at the wires for a while and looking at the rather complicated diagrams that came with this switch, I gave up and closed up the wall box again. I didn't think I'd be able to decode which situation in the instructions applied, and which wire went where.

Works perfectly. Install easy if you understand wiring. Allows no-neutral install.
I'm giving this 5 stars because it works so well in "humidistat" mode. More on that later. Some caveats: - This is probably not for the novice. The wiring can be tricky, and it will crowd your box. - Don't try this in a crowded box. You need room. - Programming works, but is not very intuitive. I had to try a few times. The caveats are one and done. Now that it is installed, it is solving a huge problem and works perfectly. Our problem was that this was a dead-end bathroom in the dark woods, where it is always moist. There's no air flow in this part of the cabin. By setting it on "humidistat" mode, it will turn on at a programmed relative humidity for a programmed time. This keeps the air moving. It also will turn on when someone forgets to turn it on when taking a shower. Two problems solved. I'm very familiar with wiring switches and I found this to be straightforward, although the green sleeve on the neutral white did surprise me. This is part of their solution for a "no-neutral" installation. I had a neutral, but not every switch does in homes built more than 10 years ago. It is great to have that solution.
