Great lighted switch
Nice looking, well marked for installation, and easy to find in a darker space. These are now the standard switch in my house. After I bought them, I thought wow. I paid quite a bit for those! But then I was reminded of my favorite thing about them. MADE IN THE USA!! I’m happy to pay for that and quality any day!

Quality switch with odd lighting
I expected a better look of the lighted part of this switch especially from this manufacturer. The photo doesn’t really capture what I’m referring too. A simple high quality lighted circle ⭕️ like this instead of the way this switch is lighted would look so much better. Does it work? Yes. Is it bright? Yes. Does it serve its purpose? Yes. Does it look good in the dark? Not so much in my humble opinion.

It works. The LED illumination is mediocre.
This installed easily and worked immediately. Be sure to follow the wiring instructions which can be downloaded from Leviton; the instructions say the hot wire must be connected to the bottom brass screw. The LED illumination is low and the appearance, for me, is less satisfying than the orange glow from the traditional neon bulb illuminated switches. Kudos to Leviton for making an illuminated switch that works with modern light bulbs, but I deducted stars because this switch will not enhance the room's decor. I think Leviton could have found a more appealing way to illuminate this switch.

Look at the photos and decide if this is right for you
I felt it necessary to post photos because of the one star review. The switch lights up when the switch is off. This is less of a night light and more of a dark room switch locator. That being said, the light is plenty bright if you have solid connections on your wiring. Make sure you completely hug the screws and get between the metal pads. It is super easy to install, I would give it 5 stars, I gave it 4 because if you do not install it properly, the light is dim (I tested this to see why there were any 1 star reviews.) All in all, it does exactly what it says it says it does.

Not very bright - 1/10th the brightness of most night lights
It is much less bright than appears in the photos. I was expecting something on the order of most electroluminescent night lights or at least the power LED on a television. It's actually pretty dim. I suppose it would be good for a room that you sleep in as it won't keep people awake the way LEDs do in some hotels, but if you were looking for a locator light for walking into a dark room, this isn't the right item.

Best light emitting switches, the white is super clean and nice. Had them now for 1.5 years and they're all still working great.
