Continue to rebuy- the best

I have a 3 dog home and arguably dust way less than I should. I also own a few of the very popular VERY expensive air purifiers. I bought a few of these to put into areas that I thought needed a little more love and I have been pleasantly surprised. The pet filter definitely makes a big difference in the air quality. Within an hour of changing the filter or placing in a new area the air is noticeably thinner and cleaner feeling.

MY BOYFRIEND CAN SLEEP OVER!

I've been using this bad boy for about 3 months, and my partner can finally spend the night again. He's both asthmatic and has cat allergies, and I have two cats (one long hair, the other short). For the entire first year of our relationship, he couldn't come over regularly because he'd cough and have terrible symptoms. He once tried to sleep over, and woke up because he couldn't breathe. I bought one of these, and he now REGULARLY SPENDS THE NIGHT with the help of allergy medication and me washing the sheets MUCH more regularly. I keep it running 24/7 (the electric bill hasn't taken much of a hit, either) and am just now changing the filter for the first time. I'm so glad that I get to keep my boyfriend (because you know I wasn't gonna get rid of my cats, ain't no way).

Perfect for business

My wife has a hair salon. She has one of these air cleaners in her salon, and uses the specific type of filter. Her salon always smells like clean, crisp mountain air. It’s never chemically smelling always fresh and perfect. Highly recommended.

All filters are not created equal!

A filter is a filter, right? WRONG! I bought 2 purifiers (same brand), but I used the pet filter in one and the regular filter it came with in the other. Major difference. The cat smell is completely gone. When I say completely, I truly mean COMPLETELY! I was using candles and air fresheners every day to keep the smell under control. I have bad allergies, but I also have a very good sense of smell. I don't like anything but fresh scents in my living quarters. I purchased the extra pet filter to use in the unit where the cat is most often. I waited awhile to write this review because I wanted to make sure I was giving the best information possible. I hope your experience is as good as mine. I am super thrilled this is working and I feel it was a great value too.

Great Air Filter for One Room, Easy Filter Changing

This filter has made a difference in my hubby's allergy to dog hair and dander. Since I am NOT getting rid of our dogs, I decided to purchase this air filter and the results have been very positive. The filter is easy to change too. There is another unit in our bedroom so I have subscribed for delivery every 3 months and alternate which unit gets the newest filter. We are ALL breathing easier.

Unwelmed

I figured I give this model of replacement filter a try. It lasted 4 months before the air purifier gave me the replacement warning light. The standard and the pet models, I get 6 months before the light goes on. I didn't notice this model doing a better job than the standard or pet models either. It is also more expensive than those models.

Better than I expected.

I am a non smoker who doesn't do well with inhaled substances, that lives with a smoker. I bought this purifier and filter to replace my old purifier that I could no longer buy filters for. As long as I place it just so in my bedroom doorway, on the 3 setting when smoking is happening and for a little after, I don't smell smoke in my room. It recommends the filter be changed every 6-8 months. My warning light came on this morning. It's been 4 months and a day. The smoker smokes down stairs, my room is upstairs. When I've home they smoke near an open window. There is only one smoker. I'm not sure how well it would work if there was more than one smoker in the house, or a heavier smoker. Be prepared to change the filter more often though. The left pic is the new filter I put in this am, right was the filter I took out after 4 months use.

Highly recommended!

Love it, huge difference with my allergies. We start by put it into the living room, was perfect, but tried it in the bedroom wow! So what we do, again its us, I put in at max for about 2 hours prior going to bed, now I am sleeping as good as my cat lol! Just love it.. Highly recommended.
