Solid Welding Shirt
Keeps the hot stuff and burning light beams off your arms and tummy. Buttons hold up well. Sleeves are nice. Overall pretty great welding gear.

It's Lincoln, so you know it works
Bought this for overhead welding that I sometimes perform. Strictly hobby welding. Put this shirt on and welded a new mount on my car - no burns on my arms - yea! Snap closures are sturdy and the neck was large enough to snap closed. Shirt is not overly heavy, so it wasn't a problem to wear. Professionals already know what to wear, but I recommend this for hobby welders.

Item as described
Got this for my husband who works in a quarry welding and using flames. He’s able to wear it under his work uniform. Comfortable and light weight.

Worth it!
This is very comfortable even in tight spaces. I haven't caught fire yet so I presume this is very effective. I still need the leather sleeves, though, for added protection. My previous one had the built-in leather sleeves but I stank big time because I couldn't wash it due to the leather. I wouldn't mind showering in sparks and slag as long as my welding jacket doesn't smell like vinegar and fermented coconuts.

Very good lightweight jacket
I use this jacket in the shop for welding class and I find it’s just the right amount of protection for stick/mig welding. I don’t find adding any leather sleeves is necessary for use with this jacket. Couple this with the Lincoln TIG gloves and you’ve got just the right amount of protection you need. I ordered a size large; I am 5’10, 140 pounds to ensure I could fit extra layers underneath if necessary.

Great choice!
Very pleased with the choice that I've made. Is really light weight, looks durable, fits great and it looks nice too. I really recommend it, especially with the welding sleeves from Lincoln to get even more use out of it.

off the shelf quick delivery...
i needed one FAST for my welding class in 4 days...arrived just in time. it's a thin jacket that did its job keeping the sparks off of my arm....for $ 40+ bucks you can't lose. Washes limited to 50 cycles though until it loses its coating. oh well...
