Don't order at the last minute: Difficult Company to Work With

What a nightmare of a company to deal with! 6 weeks after my order was placed, I'm still trying to sort it out. If you are ordering for an event, make sure to do so 2 months in advance so you can be sure to sort out any problems if they arise. So, what happened? I ordered this product for a special event that took place at the end of August. The product arrived. We opened it. It was really clear and easy to see how it would stretch over the table. Unfortunately, it was also clear and easy to see that the version sent to us was too small. Two very strong men had a great deal of trouble stretching it out to go over the table. It was clearly meant for a 4 ft. table. We scrambled with some CHEAP CHEAP Wal-mart plastic table cloths, and the event ended up being a smashing success. Lesson learned: I don't need special tablecloths for a special event to go well. So, 'll just return it, I thought. Oh no, that's not going to be easy. Rather than checking the boxes, and printing a return label like every other product I have ever returned on Amazon, LA Linen required me to submit a request to return which they could approve or deny. Initially, they did neither. They responded urging me to measure my table, and try again. If that didn't work, they offered to send me a new properly sized table cloth. I'm sitting there saying look, the table cloth sent is the wrong size (4 foot). My table is the correct size (6 foot). The event is over, and I have no more need for the table cloth. Take back your product. Give me back my money. Instead, I received numerous annoying and persistent requests asking me to take down my review. The impression I got was that I wouldn't get a refund until my review came down. I'm no wallflower, so I told them I wouldn't take down my review, until I got my refund. Finally, the refund processed, and they also offered to send me free replacement tablecloths for my trouble. I replied back "Thank you for processing the refund. Sure, send the free tablecloths. I am removing the negative feedback now." 2 weeks later, I still don't have the free table cloths that were promised. So, here's my feedback LA LINEN. Your order fulfillment sucks. Your customer service sucks. You suck as a company.

This is a great product. I sell cakes at a local green market and the tablecloth is eye catching. The only reason I gave it four stars and not five is that I put it in the wash with my clothes and it turned everything pink.

Something really great.

This is really a wonderful product. It is a stretchy polyester material that fits perfectly over a 6 foot table. No need for a table skirt either. We entertain all the time and I can use this inside or outside with no issues with the wind. I will definitely be buying more in other colors...
