Worth every penny!

I was so tired of spending $95 every 6 weeks to have my dog groomed. I understand it is part of having a doodle. The time, the cost and maintenance. However, when I would pay $95 (then add on a tip) to have my dog continuously groomed how I asked (2) groomers not to cut him, It is time for a change! A few months before, I purchased the "Oneisall -dog hair vacuum & dog grooming kit, pet grooming vacuum with nail grinder". I slowly started introducing the clippers to my dog. After abut 2 times, he was comfortable enough for me to start trimming his hair. He would curl up and attempt to hide, but all-in-all he did well. I purchased a few different grooming scissors. Through my learning experience, I purchased and returned two sets of scissors. Neither sets allowed me confidently and comfortably cut his hair. They were too dull and did not provide that "one time" snip. The 3rd set I purchased "Moontay Professional 7.0" Dog Grooming Scissors Set, 4-pieces" were great! I also had some issues finding a good dematting comb. The one I really liked and I feel works well is "Pat Your Pet Deshedding Brush" Through reviewing and testing out dematting combs/brushes, I have realized people do not use them properly. They cause harm (cut their pet) and blame the comb or brush. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there to show how to properly use these tools. They are great… IF USED CORRECTLY. Do NOT just brush your cat or dog with these. They are sharp and that is NOT how they are designed to be used. Hold the mat at the base and slowly comb to work the mat out. As it gets easier to brush the area you are holding, move down a little and work at it more. These tools along with the table have made grooming my 28lb. doodle so much easier. We have a routine where every 3 weeks, I pull the table and tools out and I do "maintenance". This helps keep him use to his grooms, keep the tangles and mats to the minimum, and allows me to work on his training. My guy now is cut how I like. I have noone to blame (but me) if he looks a like a hot mess. LOVMOR 36 Inch Dog Grooming Table is worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend it.

Impressive value

Four Pomeranians make for a lot of grooming! Which can be ridiculously expensive if left to professional groomers, so DIY is a better choice for me. Plus, they are always getting into stuff in my garden, so they need frequent brushing and cleaning! It was always uncomfortable, using a little side table, not to mention unstable, for grooming day, so I decided to purchase a table purpose-built for grooming. The shipping packaging was poor, so I was a little apprehensive upon opening the battered and torn box. However, all pieces were present and it was quite pleasing to see how sturdy and well-made the table's components are. Especially for something manufactured in China! It was easy to assemble, although I would not want to have to break it down and reassemble with the frequency with which my fur babies require grooming. Fortunately, I have room for it, so this will not be an issue for me. The legs and table are very solid built and very stable. The height is a little low for long periods of standing, even though I am only 5'4" ish, but it's a great height if one likes to sit. Although my largest pup is only 17lbs (huge for a Pom, but small for a dog), the table is unlikely to present stability issues for larger dogs. The surface is easy for the dogs to keep their footing, yet very easy to clean. The frame is adjustable, allowing use for the littlest (5lbs) up to the largest. The leads are helpful, but I will have to find a sling to assist with nail trimming, as the leads don't prevent squirming and I will not tighten the neck lead. It will be interesting to see how well the frame supports a wiggling and determined 17lb dog in a sling who hates nail trimming! The shelf underneath is handy for holding all of my grooming tools (and the hand vac for cleanup). Because it is wire, dog hair falls through, allowing for easy clean up underneath. Overall, this is a great table and well worth the price. It has made grooming both convenient and easier for me and the dogs!

Pleasantly surprised!

After looking at many different grooming tables on Amazon and reading all the different reviews I decided to go with this one. I'm so happy I did! It's very sturdy has a nice little basket underneath comes with two lanyards to attached to the above bar to hold your pup when grooming. Overhead bar is super super sturdy. I'm able to hang my 30 lb French bulldog in a sling to cut his toenails and feel completely secure. Great purchase!

This is a sturdy table which works wonderfully. I am saving a fortune on grooming costs and the dogs and I are very comfortable when we are in a grooming session. I no longer need help to trim nails so hubby is happy too.

Great product, sturdy and effective

I struggle to groom my Cocher Spaniel so I wanted something to hold her still. The table is sturdy and the straps keep her standing the entire time. I'm so relieved that grooming time is so much easier now and I can give her a good cut from every angle.

Used it 5 min after delivery

Was so excited for this product, I have 3 Australian Shepards, costs me about $80 to get them groomed, was always hard for me to do myself on the floor, this was a GAME CHANGER!!! The straps keep them in place and makes it so they don’t sit down (I have to shave their butts). I felt I was able to give them a better groom being up off the floor and this will pay for itself after the next grooming I give them. I would have someone there to help you the first time so you get the hang of hooking them up etc.
