Very comfy

Dog keeps trying to steal it for a rats nest. Nice and warm, I keep it as an extra blanket folded at the end of the bed. The oversize makes it nice for just about anywhere. Laying on the couch or recliner, something to wrap up in on the deck, etc.

Great for summer, stitching looks good

This is THE quilt for the summer and/or people who overheat easily. According to the tag, the fill is a mix of polyester and cotton while the blanket itself is 100% cotton. White was the only option at the time of my order because the other colors were out of stock. I would have selected it regardless. It goes well with the pale blue walls and dark wood floors of my bedroom. Due to an illness, my skin is easily irritated and fabric that isn't soft feels like sandpaper to me. I washed the quilt (and sham, which is between the size of a standard pillow and a throw pillow) as per the directions and then dried on a cooler setting for a shorter time than I dry my blankets. The quilt didn't seem to shrink but, in retrospect, I should have measured the quilt before and after it was laundered. I used no fabric softener, I wanted to feel the quilt's quality without relying on softener sheets. In all fairness, the quilt and sham have only be washed once each so I don't know how well the stitching within the quilt or along the edges will hold up to my front loading washing machine. Without adding a fabric softener sheet to the dryer, the quilt feels really comfortable. As I mentioned, it is really for the summer or for people who easily overheat. I uploaded a picture showing the shadow of my hand through the quilt. If you need a much warmer blanket, you'll be better with another option. I'll place it on top of my flat sheet; that combination will provide the right amount of warmth.

Makes for a great duvet insert

I like this white blanket a lot. It was advertised as being washed twice to rid itself of a smell. The first thing I did was took a deep whiff of it and it certainly did not smell at all. This blanket as is will work as a light summer blanket, but probably not good for winters like what I have in my state. I plan to get a duvet for this and use it in my guest room.

Thin fabric that will wear out and tear easily

This is a nice, simple, lightweight cotton quilt. It is very basic and could be customized with embroidery or fabric paint or appliqué, but it also is wonderful as is. As light as it is, this will be very comfortable to sleep under in the summer. I wish I could rate this more highly. It’s so thin. The fabric is basically translucent. This will wear down and rip.

Upgraded bed comfort

This quilted quilt elevates the whole entire vibe and bedding. Came in a handy bag to store away later. I can seee this being used all seasons and at the foot of the bed or on a couch. The diamond quilting is beautiful

Love it. Use it all the time. It's the perfect simple white quilt for a bed. It has a light quilted texture and is thin to medium thick. It fits the bed pérfect and lays on the bed nicely. Has a wrinkles free clean look to it. It's a good size- comes with a matching pillowcase. Looks nice, good value, five stars.
