Genouillère pour les genoux droit et gauche offrant un soutien et une protection optimaux suite à des blessures musculaires, articulaires ou tendineuses dans la région de la rotule, fabriquée exclusivement à partir de tissus hypoallergéniques respirants (sans néoprène), la zone qui entre en contact avec la peau est faite en 100% coton doux, un système de verrouillage pratique exclusif permet de faire varier la pression requise dans trois zones différentes, avec deux coussinets de pression uniques en forme de C qui, lorsqu'ils sont réunis lorsque l'orthèse est fixée, entourent et stabilisent la rotule. 2 tiges super légères de 2 mm à profil bas, pour maintenir l'attelle en place 2 tiges super légères de remplacement (pour le produit 40 uniquement) 2 charnières en aluminium moulé multicentriques (latérales et médiales, produit 41 uniquement) pour un meilleur soutien latéral en cas de rotule pathologies apparentées associées à une instabilité mineure des ligaments collatéraux médiaux et/ou latéraux, cette attelle est conforme aux exigences de la politique 93/42 CEE-RE. Must have

This is a must for me. Due to my RSD I have to wear this brace Round the clock. It lasts longtime, it does well in the water, like swimming, hot tubs, showers et al. I use only this brand and have for many years now. I highly recommend

Great purchase.

My daughter dislocated her knee twice. The doctor recommended this brace. She wears it every time she is on the field. Keeps her knee secure and has used 18 months with no dislocations.

Ensure you follow directions

This is the best knee brace I have owned, I like that you can easily undo the tension while sitting at rest. I would strongly caution you to follow the directions for the springs on the side, I initially did not as it felt like it was normal, but as I was out walking the brace wouldn't sit right and kept twisting and falling. Was so frustrated, I simply loosened and let it fall to my ankle unused. Upon arriving home, I discovered the springs were different, with one being contoured to the shape of your calf; once corrected, I have very little pressure from the springs against the sensitive areas while allowing for additional tension for stability. Feel Better.

Make sure you get the right size

These are meant Togo over tights or other leggings not pants. Easy to wear and wash. Allows the knee to flex but still gives stability. Since it is cotton, it can be washed in cold and line dried, just remember to remove the plastic stabilizers. Very nice product for bad knees.

Awesome brace.

This is the best brace I have ever worn. I am pretty much bone on bone with a lot of arthritis in my knee and my knee constantly clicks when I walk. I have had two arthroscopic surgeries but the doctors say I need a knee replacement and I'm only 42. This brace will postpone that for a little while longer. It is extremely comfortable due to the fact you can adjust how much pressure is put on the knee cap and how much stabilization you need at the time. There are two moon shape pads on the side of the knee that help stabilize it without putting pressure on the top of the knee like some braces with the full circle can do. The inside of the brace is cotton so it does not irritate the skin. The way the straps are made helps with air circulation unlike the neoprene braces. It is not bulky and can be worn under clothing comfortably. I highly recommend this brace.

The M-Brace is just FANTASTIC. I wore it on a recent trip to Peru . . .

I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and have been putting off a knee replacement. I have tried a number of knee braces but they were uncomfortable after a short time on or just did not provide proper support. The M-Brace is just FANTASTIC. I wore it on a recent trip to Peru which included lots of climbing at Machu Picchu and it was just wonderful. I sometimes had it on for 8-12 hours.

practical

I bought this to replace one I had lost , in order to have a matching pair. I use them when I need something for a longer period of time; the adjustable straps allow minute changes if needed. I wear riding exercise bike and climbing ladders, garden work, etc
