Great lasting quality

I used two of these stools in my store for the past twenty years. They have been raised and lowered tens of thousands of times. The pneumatic mechanisms were still perfect. I only replaced them because the seat material was looking worn. I was happy to find the same stools and delighted to see that twenty years later the weight, fit and finish of the stool was still first class. They are a bargain compared to most pneumatic stools

Does what it’s supposed to do

The stool feels sturdy enough but the seat is too squishy; once you sit down, the cushion all but collapses. In addition, the stool I received does not always maintain the desired height; it slips down to the lower position.

"Very smooth wheels"

My daughter put the stool together in less than a minute. It's a very nice stool, but I am afraid because of the thickness of the stool, I can't grasp it fully enough to sit on it. I will work on pushing it against a wall or cabinet in my kitchen, so as to not fall off, but if not, I may have to return it, and have to look all over again for another one.

It was great at first

I have had this for just over a month now and the gas cylinder will no longer hold pressure. Every time i sit on it it is lowered all the way to the lowest it can go. I bought this specifically because it supported up to 550lbs. I am at 300lbs. So it should be failing this quick.

Good buy

I use this in my kitchen. I am disabled and can't stand for long periods of time. This stool is perfect, it fits in my small kitchen, and when not needed, can be placed out of the way.

Great stool

Got this for our small computer desk in family room. It makes the room look great with being able to tuck it under the desk. Comfortable and sturdy. I am a bigger guy and find it quite comfy.

Colour not exactly as shown

The colour is not as shown - more of a yellow-beige. Was hoping for white or ivory. The stool does not stay has high as you set it; tends to sink once you sit on it. Still, a good stool.

Stabiler eindruck, leider in gebrauchtem Zustand geliefert.

Lieferung kam in angegebener Zeit an. Der Rollhocker macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Leider wurde dieser in einem gebrauchtem Zustand geliefert, tlw. sind die Einzelteile zerkratzt, aus diesem Grund nur ein Stern. Werde den Hocker behalten, da mir die Retournierung zu aufwendig ist.

Produkt eigentlich gut, aber falsche Angaben!

Leider kam der Hocker nicht in der abgebildeten Farbe weiß, sondern in beige. Viel wichtiger war mir aber die Höhe, die mit "bis 65cm" in der Beschreibung angegeben war; tatsächlich ist aber bei "60cm" Schluss! Eine Rechnung habe ich bisher leider auch nicht bekommen. Jetzt warte ich auf Hinweise wie ich den Hocker zurückgeben kann, denn er ist nicht mehr auseinander zu kriegen?! Wenn man von diesen für mich leider gravierenden Mängeln absieht, wäre der Hocker sehr zu empfehlen, sehr stabil, tolle Sitzfläche...
