Dusk to dawn light.

I have these on a second floor railing and they light up the yard below. I leave mine out year round and they work thru our nasty winter weather as long as they had sun for charging the cells. The first pair lasted about 6 years and were just replaced. The down side is that you cannot change the batteries which would have allowed them to last much longer.

Excellent dusk to dawn Yard Flood Light

Excellent light if you want a flood light. For a flag an adjustable spot light is better but for a yard this is a great unit!

Very convenient, bright, easy light

This is something that I believe is built for rural properties and/or places that you need or want a lot of light without the need to run wires (other than some small, easy solar panels). This is very portable, it has 3 panels, the first time I've seen so many for one light, and it is bright enough to shine a great deal of light in my backyard or front yard. I normally have a light I pay the electric company for monthly but they are still repairing lines from hurricane Michael and told me that the lights are not a priority yet (totally agree). In the meantime, however, this is a great stopgap measure that I can move around the yard. I am actually contemplating canceling the outside light because I have this and some other solar lights. The more that I think of it, the more swayed I am to just use solar and this light, among others as well. This light has a good build quality, the cables are adequate (wish they were a little bit longer) but it is a great option for me in a convenient package. Pros: Easy to setup Doesn't need to be hooked to the grid Has 3 solar panels to help overcome issues concerning weather Lasts a while Bright light Convenient Cons: Cables with solar panels aren't as long as I'd like Motion sensing doesn't seem to work well for me Overall, this is something that I definitely do recommend checking out if you are in the market for a solar light that is bright and fairly simple to setup. While it is not perfect (motion sensing), I think it is great for rural properties or places where you either cannot or don't want to hook it to "the grid". The value is all right and about on par with what I expect with solar.

Bright light - it even works in Seattle winter!

Nothing solar works well in Seattle. it really does rain 24/7 for about 8 months of the year, and the sun really does not come out at all (as in, not even for an hour), for many, many, many months at a time. We have a house that was built in 1913 and I have no idea how to do anything electrical - but we needed a light on our back patio, so I wanted to try this. Surprisingly, it is working! > It did not work for long the first day. i think in a climate like this (with no real sun), it takes longer to charge the batteries - but the second day it came on! little by little it is gaining power and we do actually get sun for a few months June - September. It must be powerful if it is working with no sun though. It has 3 solar panels, which is why I thought i would give it a try, and since there are 3, you get more sun, and can arrange them in a way that maximizes sun potential. Most states wont have any issues with this, but in Western Washington, this is the only reason the light is working at all. I expect in the summer, this thing will work VERY well, since it is giving it a good shot, even in the Winter. If it is working here - it will work anywhere you have any real sun at all.

Great solar light. I am very happy with it.

They are correct. This light is really easy to set up. I wish it had one large solar panel instead of three, but it is what it is. I am sure there is a valid reason for the three panels rather than one, but dealing with the three is awkward. Other than that, this light is great. I store it set up and charging under my garage light that is always on. Then, I can easily take the light and panels where ever I want to set them up and light up an area. I wanted this for when I went camping mainly because when I have to go out at night to take the dog for a walk it creeps me out not to be able to see around me. Now, I can see at least the area around camp and I feel much safer. This will also be great for Halloween night when all the tiny ghosts and goblins are too scared to come up my long driveway. Now, I can light up the drive for them! Nice light!

Super Bright

I have quite a few different brands and models of solar lights placed throughout my yard, some are motion based, others, like this one, are not. This is light is, by far, the brightest solar light I’ve encountered. I use it to light up a tree canopy at night and it does this amazingly well. One light Illuminates 8 large trees. I assume it needs the 3 solar panels in order to provide enough power for this much brightness. On the other hand, having 3 detached solar panels is awkward to deal with - I guess that’s the trade off. It appears to be sturdy and weatherproof, we’ll see how it holds up over time. Installation is very simple, nothing to worry about there. If you need an extremely bright light and are ok with the 3 solar panels necessary to drive it, this could be the light for you. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it.

La bateria no dura 12 horas

La calidad de la lámpara se ve bastante buena, ilumina adecuadamente espacios grandes, sin embargo la batería dura a lo máximo unas 4 horas, por lo que no podría estar encendida toda la noche. Esto no es culpa de un día nublado, vivo en Yucatán y aquí siempre hay sol y muy potente, más bien las especificaciones que fueron puestas por el vendedor NO CORRESPONDEN al producto entregado en realidad. Me quedé el productor porque puedo encenderlo y apagarlo a mi necesidad, pero si pretenden colocarlo en algún lugar muy alto confiados en que el encedido será automático y durará toda la noche, están en un error.
